The BellaVista Hotel, Panchkula

The hotel staff was great. They were treaty¿s as if we were their personal guests. Does not happen in this world very often Food was extremely good - all meals. Thanks for giving us such a great time.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the free homemade cookies, Baljit is very helpful, understanding & friendly! Can't forget the FREE breakfast which was awesome!

Location and clean.

The facilities of the shower had one of the pipe covers falling. The staff at the front desk was rude. Especially one of the staff members.

Stay was amazing, Entire team is wonderful & helpful during the stay specially Baldeep Rooms are nice, spacious & well equipped & maintained.Hotel is beautiful & located on highway, easy to locate.Reception staff is courteous & helpful during tge stay.

This is my first visit here. Excellent service by front office - Baljit kaur. Staff in restaurant, housekeeping were all very polite and caring. I’ll surely come again.

The property is really great and so is the entire staff. Have stayed here for 2 days along with my wife and the stay couldn’t have been more comfortable.The property is well maintained , Baljit is great and helpful, awesome breakfast and the property is on the main road making it hassle free .

It was located in middle of the market and good access.

Room provided was really bad, bathroom taps were faulty, room window was looking into dump yard which was not very pleasing to the eyes, room was full of mosquitoes

We had a really good breakfast here. Really enjoyed staying in Bella vista. Food is really amazing. And Staff is very supportive and helpful.Baljit Kaur is great at her work and she is very kind and genuine. Great hospitality.

Stay was fantastic. We chose this because of brand and location. The rooms were clean, food was good. Service is good. Special kudos to Payal at reception. Overall good stay.

It was a lovely stay. Reception is cheerful and smiling faces. Shivani is na asset to the hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Floor girls were also very cheerful. Always smiling. Location wise this hotel is situated just at the right place while going towards hills. Would love to stay again in this hotel.

Comfortable for short stays

Breakfast had a lot of variety but lacked freshness the egg quality and sausage quality was very sub standard it could have been much better. Lesser options are better if you can provide fresh even the baked beans were not nice .

Location, cleanliness.

The breakfast was supposed to served at 7:00 am but was not until 8:30 and the reasoning was we are short staffed after Covid. There was no manager and at that time also half the items were not available and the waiter said sorry sir the items are not cooked and cannot say how long it will be as we are short staffed.
