- The rooms weren't clean, had webs all around, bathrooms weren't clean as per the standard of it being a 4 star hotel. The owner need to spend some money to renovate the place and get some deep cleaning done. The people working there are the best, polite, on top of the services.
- Room had spider webs. Raw wood exposed on Bathroom door, it felt untidy. Minibar was empty. No floor mat was given. No bin was there in the room to discard garbage. No face towels were provided. Electric kettle needed a replacement.
- Room service was not prompt and made mistakes in the order. Better to double confirm the order.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was well equipped. The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread had everything from north Indian to South Indian and more.
Room service was not prompt and made mistakes in the order. Better to double confirm the order.
Property is massive, Rooms and bathrooms are quite big compared to other 5 stars.

Maintaintaince work was foi g in seems bathroom latch and room lock was not working, breakfast is not upto the mark
The staff especially Puja Chouhan was really helpful and she made our stay better.
Facilities were not maintained properly. Intercom wasn't working, bathroom doors didn't have latches. Overall not maintained as per the standards.
