The Fern Residency, Chandigarh

Breakfast was included and had warm food options

Saw some cockroach

The room comfort and food.

Multiple times the door lock was getting inactive and was unable to unlock the door from outside by using the card and we had to rush to reception multiple times and asking them to check.

The rooms are comfy, staff is eficient and breakfast is good enough. Nice stay for a night in Chandigarh.

There was only instant coffee at breakfast.

Great location as it is close to the airport. Staff and their services were very good. Good food. Nice and comfortable rooms with all facilities. Very clean. Smooth experience overall.

Average

For double occupancy, joined single bed , bathroom incide was bad

Raj Mishra...Jyoti and Daksh were fabulous with their service

Air conditioning noise at cut off

Excellent value for money, helpfull staff, cleaniness and facilities

Compact. Food. Breakfast. All were very good.

Located in an industrial estate. Don’t allow outside alcohol in room. Forced to buy from them at double rates.

Unprofessional Staff ( Usha & Rajesh ) Not worth the amount you pay.

The staff are very rudeNot a great place to stay over as the beds and toilet are not great Too high as a price against the facilities offered. Very expensive on food, one veg sandwich & fruit bowl costed me 998Better look for another venue pick this place only if u have no other options

Room's big enough and it's so comfortable. Suite has 2 washrooms which is very nice. Complimentary wine is cherry on top. Location is easily accessible.

Suite's sofa was unclean. It has mehendi markings all over it and I am allergic to mehendi. Plus room's floor wasn't cleaned properly. Flower petals are lying on the floor here and there.

Property first look seems ok but don’t get fooled by it.

Not well prepared, charged on the card before checked in, room was not prepared for the number if guests, toiletries were provided partially, the extra bed was extremely dirty, cups were dirty the rain shower head was clogged.

Breakfast was excellent, they had a fairly good variety. The rooms were cleaned to perfection, Adarsh Singh was always pleasant and helpful. Cannot be without mentioning Rishab at the Reception, he was extremely helpful and accomodating, as i had to change my booking date due to hospitalisation. And so too were the two young ladies at the Reception desk.

Nice location , good breakfast n friendly staff .

Nicely maintained

Staff was very rude not welcoming at all hence will not recommend this property to families when I say staff it’s frontline particularly on Sardar ji don’t know his name but he was quite disrespectful to elderly

Lovely place clean and cosy ! Well located & great restaurant !

Cleaning, Food, Location was all very good.

Reception staff not much responsive.

Worst stay ever , I want my refund which I paid extra .

They charged me extra money as I booked room for me with family but they told me that it was booked for me only so they didn’t allow me to enter in to hotel with family then after multiple explanations as my room was booked for 13000 rupees which they told me without taxes it was , they asked me to pay 7500 rupees more so that my wife & son can stay with me , it was explained by mr Rajesh .I checked in to hotel at 12:30am on 2.1.2023 in cold foggy midnight I was not able to search any other hotel at that moment & there fore I had to stay there according to their conditions. It’s very pathetic that u cheat person online with this kind of waste property.

location

bathrooms didn’t have sliding door and water splashed everywhere. The hair dryer didn’t work. Room service did not properly refill the tea/sugar etc. Service was slow. Rooms smelled stale. Parking space was limited.

Didnot try the breakfast

Tried lunch . Food not tasty

Actually not much

This is not like other Fern Residency properties I've stayed at. Unlike others that are nice and bright, this looked like a dingy property which got bought over by Fern to increase its footprint.
