Location is quite good right in the market area and very near to the Raghunath Temple but a little hard for big vehicles to move in.Decent hotel with a friendly owner.Food provided to me was also good and tasty

Cleanliness could have been much better. I expected a better and cleaner rooms but overall it was manageable.

I booked on line but they didn't allow me. They told me that they do not have c form. They and me my wife and child in to another hotel and charged me double money with out breakfast and dinner. I had to pay because I was too tired after long long journey's.Please take action so that no other can face this stations with family members.

I don't know I didn't get to stay there.

Found out when I got there. They don't rent to foreigners. Indian nationals only. They didn't offer to find me another hotel. Just pointed down the street to a different hotel. They spent 5 minutes looking at their phone to find where it says no foreigner buried in the important information on the booking.com site. I have seen hostels with no kids or old people but never seen no foreigners.

Close to Bus Stand- But Not reccoment for Family or Couple.

The room was not safe. Its unable to close the windows near the door, and anybody can come through the window or can open the door lock. We have told them regaeding, but said nobody come. But its a concern when we go with family.Secondly, they have kept our aadar card till checkout. I dont see this anywhere else. It feel like they suspect us. AndNo proper contact number to communicate with the proparty. (OYO Costumer care number provided). The AC was making noice. I think yhey treat online booking costumers in that way as we have already booked and we have no option left. I dont reccoment online booking for this proparty

Different room was given instead of the booked triple room. Room was on 3rd floor without lift, we had to take very heavy luggage with us. Staff was very unprofessional. Very poor service.

I had not stayed there, as I had paid 850rs approximately as a complete paid, but when I reach hotel the reception show me that he got only 400rs from my name from booking.co. n I have to pay 12-1300rs more,

I had paid full amount but I cant stayed there, I had lost my money n efforts also, It's very tiring as I had travelled alot to reach jammu from Gujrat.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

Poorest of the Poor

The location of the hotel is poor and bed had wet bedsheets during winter time. The room was unhygienic and the washroom was neither having geyser nor any hot water supply... Poor hotel I ever stayed in
