Radisson Blu Jammu

Great facility, very courteous staff, very helpful and professional. Made our stay very enjoying and memorable. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet spread was amazing. The staff took extra care for accommodating us for the dinner reservations for our visiting guests too. only one recommendation to pass, there should be perhaps better service or tie up with local travel group for hiring vehicle for airport pickup drop off or local travel.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff, they were always courteous, responsive, and helpful. I truly appreciated the early check-in, which made my arrival smooth and comfortable. The team was consistently available to assist with any requests throughout my stay. The restaurant services were also excellent; a special mention to Manpreet, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

One area that could be improved was the in-room TV. It didn’t work during my stay. I had to call room service for assistance on the first two days, but by the third day, I stopped trying and didn’t bother turning it on. While this didn’t impact my overall experience too much, it’s something that could be looked into for future guests.

Food and cleanliness

In room dining and reception hardly pick the call from rooms. Each time had to try multiple times

Breakfast was good.Dinner buffet rate is high. It can be Rs.1000.All the staff was very helpful.

The quality of hand shower.You can also keep face tissue box and atleast 2Lit complimentary drinking water.

Staff kept asking for extra money for the child at check in. When I showed them the booking receipt that it is for 2 adults and a 16 year old he wouldn’t agree. Finally he relented. Then the room had only one bed while we booked for 2 double or twin. When asked he said they didn’t have any room with 2 beds. When asked to give an extra bed they asked for more money again. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like an extortion.

The room was not ready. Nothing was working neither the TV nor the iron. Plus basic things were missing in the room I had to call the receptionist to get me the dental kit slippers etc.

The staff was amazing. Special thanks to the manager supervising the restaurant, helping us out when we had questions or requests. Making sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Gym and pool/steam sauna facilities were nice and clean.

The spa experience is probably best suited for locals. Just a subjective opinion.

The property is far from airport and the road seems under construction for the decade now but the property is well maintained and looked after. The staff is good and courteous.

They do now have the travel desk or support for local travel. I had booked a taxi from Jammu to Kathua and they said INR 4500 but at the end of trip he was asking 5000. I paid and it’s 6th day they haven’t send me an invoice. I call them and everyday and they keep repeating the same that we are sending you today.The property should have in house travel desk or support.

Good food. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Housekeeping is attentive and comes immediately when called for any issues.

Worn out bed corners and patchy repaired bathrooms. Not bad at first glance but noticeable in decor. Terrible views from windows .

Nice Location but clueless restaurant staff, food average. Nice and clean rooms.

Under trained staff, holding a dining table when the whole dining area is empty at 7pm for dinner. Awful. just clueless and brainless staff.

Bathroom was absolutely a big disappointment, broken taps, bathtub damaged and rusty corners not expected in executive suit. Damaged curtains cushion covers in bad condition. It was my third stay shockingly bad experience.
