Country Inn & Suites By Radisson Jammu

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Country Inn that far exceeded my expectations — so much so that I ended up extending my stay!From the moment I checked in, the level of customer service was outstanding. A huge thank you to Harpreet, Kajol, and Suraj, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless, fresh, and incredibly well-maintained — something that really stood out to me and added to the overall comfort of my stay.Everything from the service to the atmosphere was exceptional. Country Inn delivered not just a place to sleep, but a welcoming, relaxing experience that made it feel like a home away from home.I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you again to the amazing staff — you made my stay unforgettable!

Food was good. Staff was courteous.

Frequent power outage and switch over made room hot and uncomfortable. Could not rest in the day.

Property is 500 mtr away from jammu tawi station and things required for basic amenities are available at walking distance.Morning breakfast have good number of options. Staff is nice.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant and bad. Right from the moment we entered the lobby, things were just going downhill in terms of hopspitality and service. The rooms were dirty with visible dust everywhere, the bathroom was pathetic. We booked 3 rooms (404,405,410)and all the rooms were in the same condition. Do they even clean the rooms before checking in new guests?? I don't think so. The tea cups had lips and tea marks on them. The coasters were dirty. We called housekeeping to address the issue 4 times (once personally visited the reception) and no one bothered to turn up. The guy who brought the luggage to the room broke a wheel on my daughter's suitcase. The entire place was extremely noisy. Nothing about the hotel was good and the icing on the cake was the reception staff's behaviour. I was trying to explain the issues while checking out, but the guy had so much attitude, he didn't even bother to atleast listen to me. He was taking multiple calls while I was talking and didn't bother respond. No apology, no concern, no eye contact nothing. May be they recieve these kind of reviews on daily basis and hence they must have become thick skinned. Im sure all the positive reviews about the hotel here are either paid or written by their own staff by creating fake ideas because there is nothing positive about the entire place. Shame on using radisson's name and calling them 4 star for running such a pathetic place. Never going to come back.

Bad

The rooms were cramped up. Bathrooms were pathetic. They served us sandwiches in breakfast made out of stale bread. There was no bell boy, and we had to carry our luggage ourselves to out taxi. The staff was very rude. Not expected out if a Radiason property. We are great fans of Radisson, but this one was an outright disappointment...

The property is good. Breakfast great. Kudos to the manager, Mr. Singh, who answered a number of technical questions about phone and email services to us foreign nationals. A good guy who runs a well managed hotel.

We booked a deluxe twin with a bath and were given a smelly double with a shower at the end of a corridor next to the cleaning equipment that if you opened the curtains it overlooked the car park. The manager tried to argue that when it said ‘bath’ that didn’t mean bath as only ‘bathtub’ ment bath and it didn’t say that. After a lot of complaining, they had a cancellation and we were transferred to a much better double room with shower with a view and they put an extra bed in the room to make it a twin. Dinner is served very late between 20:00 and 22:30. When we went to the dinning room it was full. We retreated back to our room and ordered room service. We had been looking forward to a comfortable stay and were very disappointed with our stay.

Every single member of staff were excellent! Super friendly and helpful . The food was very good quality and reasonably priced .

The room was not as described on booking.com and smelt very strongly of smoke ( as a non smoker and asthmatic I found this very difficult and unpleasant). There was no gym as pictured on booking.com .

Location of the property was good..room was basic..breakfast was not good..taste of the food was below average..

Only one thing I liked is breakfast buffet because of being vegetarian it’s hard to find options for good but there were plenty of veg options to eat.

The bathroom were stinking all the time until we checked out I have called house keeping staff twice and asked them to kindly come and do something as our in suite bathroom had very bad smell or odour but no one bother to came and check

At reception staff is very rude,they don't hv manners to talk, particularly the Sikh(sardar) at reception.i request the MD of the hotel to throw him out asap. Thanx

Harpreet Singh as a hotel manager was exceptionally good. He helped my mother and us to get transportation from hotel to other places. All hotel staff members' behaviours were excellent. If you are planning to visit Vaishno devi or Jammu. This is the best hotel to stay in.

Kajal at front desk was of excellent help Breakfast spread is diverse but poor quality, poor taste.Bathroom towels were clean

We arrived around 0200 hrs as the train from Delhi was late. When we were going to our rooms on the ground floor behind the reception area, there were no hallway lights.Mattress spring damaged.

The beds were comfortable, plenty hot water and the buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast was fabulous.

We booked for 5 adults and 2 children and Booking.com allocated 3 rooms as it said the rooms had a sofa bed. On arrival we were told the sofa beds were additional to the price quoted on Booking.com

Ambience. Responsive staff. Delicious meal

Rates were a bit high

The staff was polite and decent and tried their best to be 100% cooperative overall it was good experience, however, had some really hard time with their Wi-Fi.
