There was Nothing to like about this property

The stuff, cleaningless, the floor in room was sticky, the wall of the room had mold everywhere, the bed sheets and comforter and pillows smelled like pee. The bathroom toilet flush was broken , there was an hole on the ceiling , On booking.com there was parking and breakfast included in the price and once we reached there we were told that there is no parking and no breakfast, its not that we would the breakfast .We arrived at the hotel at 12am and it was very late for to find another hotel. We didn’t even sleep at night, I requested two more towels and we just sat on the towels all night and we left the hotel at 7am For booking.com reference I have several pictures also taken which I can share them on the on line.

Location is good, food is very decent and has all required facilities. Restaurant and bar staff are very good.

The washroom was not good with damaged plumbing. Met 3 different people at the reception during my stay. Since they are in the hospitality industry, everyone should be a little more hospitable towards guests.

It’s a decent hotel considering the proximity to Jammu station also the staffs were very helpful. You can order food late in the night too

Room Not Proper Clean mainly Floor sticky feeling while walk , Bathroom & Toilet not Hygiene, Bucket and mug not available in bathroom, Towel provided in dirty condition, Soap not provided, Wash Basin Tap not working properly. I Pay around 4700 for one night but not value for money.

Old interior & before check in asking for room rent ?. Restaurant service is very poor.

It was the worst property I have ever booked. I will share the details so that no one else experiences in future what I faced at this property. I had booked this place well in advance and full payment was charged on my card a day before my arrival. I didn’t mind since I had my booking confirmed. On the date of my arrival I called the number I was provided with through booking.com and further informed about my check in time being slightly late, since I was on a road trip from Delhi and we faced traffic issues. The guy in call reconfirmed my booking and assured me not to worry. After all this, when I finally reached this property with my family (aged parents with me), to my utter surprise they absolutely denied my booking. Apparently the most unprofessional guy at the reception had no clue about my booking and he had the audacity to misbehave with me and my husband. He kept on saying ‘hotel is sold out’ and he showed no interest to see all the proof of my booking I had. The guy whom I spoke to just an hour ago simply didn’t receive my calls when I frantically tried to call him to sort this out internally since he already confirmed my booking. Although I finally managed to get the rooms I paid for since I had all proofs with me, it was the most awful experience I encountered at any hotel. Their internal system glitch and extremely unprofessional staff at reception made it the worst hotel I have ever booked and we left super early in the morning from this godforsaken place. Avoid this hotel.

Bathroom condition was horrible. A bad smell always there inside the room. The hotel doesn’t deserve even 5 in rating. Simply worthless. Food quality is very poor.

Just the location.

Great food in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Sahil helped me with problem solving some travelling challenges I had around J&K region.

Only good part of the Hotel is the proximity with Railway Station. I won't recommend anyone to stay.

Quality of food was pathetic. They don't know how to cook even the very common dish like Omelette. There was no hot water in the washroom for 2-3 hours. it got fixed only after 8-9 calls. Worse part was the Hotel Staff was not even acknowledging the issues and when we tried to strike the conversion, manager left the conversation in between.

This is the first hotel I am staying that which has charged 2800/night and still did not have a 24 hour supply of hot water , despite it being winters. I was shocked to hear that the hot water supply is restricted to early morning hours, maximum of upto 10 am, after which one can get access to one bucket of water if you persist with the staff. It is completely not acceptable that a hotel claiming themselves to be three star could not offer this basic service.They could also keep a kettle with few mugs with sachets of coffee/sugar/ tea/milk powder in a room considering the price that is being charged. Disappointed with the stay.
