Dream Land Hotel

Room was spcious and fine. No lift and high steps. Not recommended for old people but fine for 1 night

Our stay at Hotel Dream Land was truly delightful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly hospitable, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. The location made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Location was good but the cleaning and the guest service skills is shit

Manager or owner I don't know he usk me to call after he didn't pick up the call .... And didn't call me back.Address was wrong in online

Altogether nice and decent

We check in very late , then also they refused our late check out request. And given us another room non AC (i don’t know why) with pay for the 2 hrs.

Location is good, but electricity many times goes, bathroom very old, room congested for 3 person,

Only location is good,

The owner / the manager was very good.

The room was not clean and then rooms shown on pictures are not same . They have ac rooms available but many time at night current goes off and ac stop working . Only the staff was good but they charged ₹1500 for 3 of us which was not value for money room

It is good for family and friends

It should have at least one wardrobe Power cut is also a major problem

Location of the property is good....and Staff is helping to explore the jammu city....we will come again in winters...Thank you dreamland for this experience

Big Bed and clean washroom.

The room is ok but there are no basic amenities like a towel and soap, After asking for the same they provided soap but the towel they provided, was in very poor condition.

Room are clean, comfortable and nycStaff is very friendly

Worest experience of this hotal , dirty beds, dirty bathroom, dirty room, bad smiley badding clothes,, at all dirty dirty dirty ۔

Staff was good & Location is also good.

No cleanliness, very bad smelling & unclean quilts & pillows, unhygienic & unclean bathroom.

No break fast provide by hotel. You have to find it by nearby places.

Work for cleanliness for better service.

Only the owner behaivour

Staff behavior, they provide different rooms and give our booked rooms to someone else. Washrooms are too much dirty and smelly.

I didn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Staff ignoring what we said..they gave us two different room..I already booked for same room.

Clean and comfortable room

Online price show 1200 but they charged 300 more

Its not worth of money

Cleanliness is very bad and its location is not in proper area.

Staffs were friendly, decent location near to Jammu Central.

Wifi Problems, building under-construction so noises and frequent disturbances. No proper allocation of staffs to do the necessary works, had to ask for Towel, Soaps lot of times before getting one! There are small issues like blankets are not having proper covers which leads to not clean blankets, bedsheets are also not clean. Not having lift, so access to 2nd or 3rd floors can be pretty difficult with old people as stairs are pretty steep and narrow.

It's location & staff behaviour.

nothing like

as it is located not a decent place
