Lunch was very average.No accesories in washroom like towel at this price.Average cleanliness in washroom plus leakages.

Rooms were clean

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and also there was some tissues and a bottle in the cupboard

Good stay if you’re on a stopp-over to pick up some sleep. Clean but small dlx room. Royal?!

The rooms were clean with a nice mattress. The size of the room was decent. The staff was also pretty helpful. Overall a good one.

The location of the hotel is not that great and it's difficult to find. There are two ways from where one can reach, one is not accessible by the auto/cab while other has around 40-50 stairs. Also they mentioned an extra bed for the third person but instead they provided bedding. The pricing on booking.com is higher and you can directly book offline for a significantly cheaper rate.

Lovely room, comfy bed, clean sheets, friendly and helpful staff, and great value. As a solo female traveller, I felt really safe in this hotel.

I had a real trouble finding the place, the locals had the help me but even they struggled. It would be so helpful if they sent directions. It’s simple when you know how…go to JMC road and go up the pink steps and it’s literally there…

Clean!! made our stay comfortable. Service was good. All staffs were friendly helping and kind. Looking forward to another visit. The best thing is most of the hotels were adamant about married couples only. This one was best for me as my colleague and I were able to stay comfortably. Thanks Royal Inn.

I think the food service could include more options. Like the options were Half or full plate. Even half was too much for two. Rest I dont think I can talk about No like things. :) Also if customer pick up service is provided it would b easier and convient for women in the night.

Things that should work - worked.

Dirty bed clothing with stains, the replaced ones were used too. Riksha had hard times finding it.

The hotel is clean, the staff is cooperative and the food served is good ?

1) There are some articles of common use that must be present in a hotel room but I didn't find them there, for example, electric kettle and a cup along with some sachets of milk powder, tea bags & sugar cubes so that if someone wants these beverages in early or late hours when the kitchen is off, one can have it. 2) Electricity was getting off quite often when I visited there. It should not actually happen.Rest everything was ok.

Location wise :- comfort for shopping, availability of transportation.Meal :- found delicious at a very reasonable price.

Ever since it was my first visit, couldn’t find any bad stuffs. however, can say it’s improving day by day…

I stayed there with me girl. The hotel's rooms are noiseless. No outer noise . But the location of the hotel is little bit patchy.. The hotel is in the apartment lanes.. That's why it's hard to find.. Other thing is that.. The hotel hotel is in budget rooms are clean and the staff is so friendly.

The condition of the room needs attention, proper cleaning of bedsheets, No car parking, and huge stairs to climb before reaching the hotel.

Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Room & washroom were neat & clean without a stink. Room had all amenities like AC, TV, WiFi, Sofa, Table, Geyser, Intercom etc. Room Service was excellent with well behaved staff. Had ordered Lunch and Dinner multiple times, always got fresh and well cooked food and at affordable prices.

Nothing, it is in a very shady backstreet. The foyer seemed to double up as a youth meeting place.

To the people who run the place: Please do not add parking to your facility list when all you have are steps leading to your property or a narrow alley. The hotel was very hard to find, the contact number listed doesn't pick up the phone. There isnt even a board to tell you where the hotel is. The location is different on Google and booking.com

Comfortable bed, nice staff. Effective air con and fan.

Really struggled to find it but member of staff ended up coming to find us. Wi-Fi went down and staff, despite their best efforts, were unable to sort. Rooms on bus station side are very noisy and not sure it was necessary for us to be on that side as hotel was nearly empty. Food overpriced for amount you get.

Very poor

It was a lodge and not a hotel. It did not have a car parking. I had to park in car parking which was chargeable. It wasn’t worth. It’s my second bad experience with Bookings.com My experience with Airbnb is much much better
