Hotel location was good .Accommodation and staff behavior very niceAs Properties owner was humble and kind hearted person

Maja a gaya but mene chai mangi thi jo nahi mili thi baki sab acha tha

Only thing is it's near to Raghunath temple

Bed and pelow are not cleaned, I had to wake up by seeing small big type cockroaches, asked for wifi it would never connected for then a minute.Even I had to request for water bottle!!!!

Location was not at all like pictures. So misleading 3 in the night. But we found it easily as location was on.

Extra charges 200 for AC. they refuse us to provide AC room and force us to pay an extra amount.

They are scaming and charges extra Even we already paid. While booking hotel Charge for breakfast but not provided breakfast, Not good experience

The staff were perfectly friendly and supportive. I was only in Jammu for 1 day so the reception were great to advise main touristic spots.

I was denied entry to the hotel after having confirmation from booking.com saying rooms are full

Small but comfortable room. Clean and nice placement near some temples and the market.

The view from the room could have been better but for one night it was ok.

The WiFi was good as was the location.

I was overcharged. I stayed for two days but was told that booking. Com reservation was shown as cancelled to booking. Com

We mostly liked the location, food and most important the service. The service boy was really helping and did not ask for the tip like Kashmir people did.

The rooms were little bit small can be improved.

The Hotel refused to Check me in and told me that booking.com has not given him any money whereas i had already made payment in advance to booking.com
