- Wonderful hotel on a hill in the centre of town looking down on the beautiful city of Ramallah. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was huge. Very spacious modern and comfortable
- Nice breakfast Relatively good staff Elevator does not go up to dining room, this needs to be taken care of Also the light in the elevator needs to be improved Short score 3/10
Cons -
- Breakfast was generous with lots of Palestinian favourites however like the hotels in Amman and Jerusalem no turkish or italian fresh ground or brewed coffee on offer. As it was Ramadan and shops were closed. I did not ask for takeaway
- There is a lot of noise in the rooms I could hardly sleep There is a lot to improve in this hotel Thank you very much
