cleanliness in the room, friendly staff, great location

We have been staying here for over 10 years.. looking foward to another 10 years!

This was the first time in ten years that breakfast was a little lacking... but still good

The staff was wonderful and very kind, the breakfasts are great, we received an upgraded room without requesting for it and at no extra charge! The spa is beautiful, there are many comfortable sitting areas in the large lobby. We had a big room which included a living room with a porch right next to the pool, and a big bedroom which is joined with a door to the living room. Very comfortable!

The design and furniture in the room is a little outdated, it would be amazing if there would be minor renovations and updating.

The pool was large and very clean. The staff was attentive. The room was comfortable. The view and location were wonderful.

Excellent location with a magnificent view. Great pool, spacious rooms (at least ours was), and a welcoming atmosphere all around.

The rooms are spacious and big, includes of a bedroom and a living room that each have a balcony to the sea, the view is amazing.The bath and toilet are also wide.Good breakfastGreat location, 2 minutes from the sea.Good value for money. We took 2 suites, for a couple and for our 2 young adults, and had planty of privacy and comfort.

The hotel managment did not display accountability to the gaps discover in the reservation (did not read my accomdation request made at the time of reservation, contact me 3 hour before arrival, so i had no time to resolve the issue with Booking and due to that wasted my time with my family), showed 0 flexability to help us resolve the issue, which heavily impacted our hospitality experience when checking in.

The location on the beach, the views from the room, the pool. The staff was very helpful and kind. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa bed.

It felt a bit old, the elevator needs to be updated. The dim lights in the hallways. The toilet made noise and the room could be a bit cleaner.

We had a great room with a balcony and an amazing view. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, and the spa was truly next level. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything throughout our stay.

Nothing, everything was great. No issues at all.

Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect with a close walk to the city center via the promenade.

Needs more hooks to hang clothes and towels.

The location is great : at the notrh shore of nahariya , lovely shores like no where else , the units are clean Lovely stuff , free parking nearby , great breakfast & dinner , short walk to the city center by public transportation or by car.It important to arrive there and not only during weekends : especially nowdays while the region need to recover from the last conflct.Highly reccomended

Excellent staff and the room was so comfortable and spacious, can’t wait to go back for their opening of the new restaurant :)

The bathroom didnt have a proper door for the water splashing everywhere it made the floor messy and had to use our towels to dry

We very much liked Liad in the reception,he made all the efforts to make us comfortable. He changed our room because one of the AC units wasn't working in the first room so he immediately gave us a better room at no extra cost, keep it up Liad.

We have no complain except for one of the elevators was a bit scary but we got used to it.

Excellent facilities and kind, helpful staff, literally on the sea, with the sound of the surf in our ears. We'd come back every year, if we could.

The sheets were stained and pieces of hair around was like as if the room wasn’t clean and was so late at night that we had to change everything because no other rooms were available..
