Street noise. Hard beds.

One positive aspect of our stay was that we were allowed to check in earlier than the official time. The reception staff member was friendly and helpful, and communication at the front desk was polite and professional.The hotel also has a very good location.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing due to the level of cleanliness. The apartment was very dirty. There were hairs everywhere, in every corner and even on the bed. Dust was so thick that it looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time.I wanted to call the reception using the phone in the room, but it was so dirty that I preferred to go downstairs instead of touching it. The towels were also in terrible condition and looked old and unhygienic. In addition, the windows were extremely dirty, which made the overall impression even worse.Overall, the cleanliness standards were unacceptable, and the room did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made.

Relatively noisy in the room on the seventh floor at night - one can easily hear the air conditioner units on the roof.Parking of the hotel is small while to find a place to park in the close proximity is not a simple task.

Wonderful location with a fantastic view of the waterfront. Location was close to restaurants and city centre and everything you need. We really loved our balcony.

The bathtub was teeny tiny and felt like a death trap. Once you got in to take a shower, you were scared to move because it felt like you could fall and kill yourself. We were also very disappointed in the kitchen. There was no dish, sponge soap, dish, rack, or tea towel. When we asked the cleaning staff for something to wash our dishes with we were told they don’t have anything like that. We left our dishes in the sink after the first night for the cleaning staff to do. They washed them and set them on the counter on a bathmat. That was the only thing they did when they cleaned our room. The beds were not made towels were not tidied, not that we wanted our towels changed. The next day we bought some dish soap and a sponge and had to wash our own dishes and leave them to dry on the bath mat. The room was generally clean, but there were a lot of scuff marks on the walls that could’ve easily have been cleaned off. A little bit more attention would have made the place much nicer.

We were lucky with onsite parking but it isn't guaranteed (this was clearly stated by the hotel before booking so I cannot complain). One does hear the sea (small price for the view) and street traffic below. Nothing too objectionable.

Very good location. We visited in December and enjoyed a walk along the promenade. There is also a zoo very close by and parks for children to play in.

Everything its ok great location. But you should make solution for noise from street ( car sounds) like double glass win

There is nothing not to like here. The apartment was big, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful.

Large apartment fully equipped except for microwave. Comfortable bed. Good shower and WiFi. Location across from the promenade. Good off street parking. Host checking us in was very friendly. The welcome bottle of wine and bottle of water was unexpected.

The hotel is conveniently located along the main road along the beach. Downtown is only about 15 minutes away. Free parking in the garage behind the hotel was nice.

My room was not very clean, especially the floors. I actually used the maid’s broom which was near my door to remove some long hairs. Some repairs were very slapdash - there was tape over the two vent fans and under the sink. Finally the road out front is quite loud with lots of cars with modified mufflers to make their engines louder. I heard every one of them.

Location is the best by the beach.

At first the room is way to small for 3 people due to mistake . As they only prepared 2 beds. There’s a noise in the evening that was hard to fall asleep.

I was attracted by the pictures they provided, but when I walked in the room it was totally a different atmosphere. The facility is very old and it feels like staying in a university dormitory. The fridge was not working, the light on TV screen has some issues, and the adapter the hotel provided was not working. It’s an apartment with kitchen but they did not provide dish washer and sponge.. how to you expect me to wash dishes? Luckily the staff gave me… and said she was not allowed to, but still gave me some.Bathroom, the floor gets very wet after showering, the glass did not work at all.Will definitely not recommend this property.

The view, location and beach

It had good location, nice view from the balcony. It’s easy to walk to old city. It’s good they offer a parking spot for guests.

Someone already mentioned that in comments. Water from the shower constantly goes on the floor, glass door doesn’t work at all. So we constantly had to mop the floor as it gets wet fast.

I didn’t like the way of cleaning, it was in a hurry and not all the house keeping staff is goodOnly the Chinese girl and the other girl which is thin And tall they are good I don’t know their names.

The room is big and clean.

The hotel is right next to the street. At night we couldn't sleep. Very noisy!!!

We hear all the time the voice of people and cars from outside the hotel and that is bothering specially during the night
