Very clean , very friendly staff, excellent food

The pool wasn?t safe as our child and other kids got injured from the pools floor !!! We did our complaint.?..

1. Smoking in indoors public areas like in the casino.2. Stayed last year over Xmas and they had entertainment throughout the night of Xmas Eve (til very late) and Xmas day. This year by started at 20:00 and by 22:30 they were off the stage.

Dinner is absolutely terrible, we paid 110 euro for two people and it was such a disappointment, we ate vegetables from breakfast and even the french fries were dry and cold . What a waist of money.

Very luxury and new hotel with a lot of dining options. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options, tasty and for all different tastes and vegetarian too.We were upgraded to a very nice and spacious Junior Suite, most appreciated, ( we booked a Premium room with Twin beds with no option for this kind of room with a king size bed and previosly requested an option for a king size bed, so our request was fully accomplished)Casino with entretaiment program daily for those who like this .The food at lunch and the Gala dinner of the congress we attended was very tasty

The room and especially the bathroom should be cleand better, during our stay the bathroom hasn't been cleaned properly(for example we found the remains of the toothpaste we used in the sink after the room was already cleaned!It is not acceptable from such a hotel.)The first day we arrived, the hand and shower gel finished almost immediatly, we asked for refill, they provided at once new dispersers with the gel( without changing them in the shower) and 2 days after we had to ask once again to refill the shower gel and shampoo. the cleaning staff should check the dispersers and refill it in advance when they clean the bathroom, not to wait for the gel to finish and create a discomfort for the guests.We also found ants on the bathrom floor and the marble of the sinks and the cold water pressure was very low only the hot water had a sufficient pressure

Beautiful resort, perfect for kids! Especially the sea water pool with the sand. Bring lots of sand toys!

Lack of indoor playroom for little kids

When we booked this family vacation, Booking did not mention anywhere that most of the summer kids facilities will be closed during our stay. We also didn't get any message about this after the booking, while receiving many other messages. When we checked in, we were shocked to hear that most of the pools (including kids slides) are closed, the adventure park was closed as well and basically families with young kids had nothing to do there, while paying summe (ON season) rate and not winter rate. Our kids and us were extremely disappointed by the hotel and by Booking that did not notify us during the booking, we would have definitely cancel this vacation if we knew in advance . We feel we were missled. It will be hard for me to trust Booking.com with my bookings again unless we will receive compensation for this this disappointment that could have been avoided. Thanks.

The hotel was new, and well organized.

there wasn’t much to do besides the casino. It was really disappointing because the main attraction was supposed to be the pool — and it was closed. No one informed us in advance, which was very frustrating and honestly ruined a big part of the experience.

The staff provided excellent service (Todor at the reception was the best) the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the daily treats were a lovely touch. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options.

The only downside was that most of the outdoor pool areas were closed during our stay, and we couldn’t access the kids’ club with our children. There were no available activities for our kids (ages 1.5 and 6), which was quite disappointing.

It is solid 5 star hotel but not for business travel. Fully focused on casino players

It is far from everything in the city. Surprised not to see the beach access for such value. Hotel is mainly for casino players. I would not go there with kids

No evening entertainment for families which makes it very boring to stay at hotel after dinner.This is the only cons in this hotel so I wouldn't recommend this to families who looks for evening fun and entertaiment.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Athena at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, always checking in with a warm smile and making sure I had everything I needed. Smell of cigarettes in the hotel because of the casino

This hotel is the best hotel in Limassol, the staff is kind, the restaurants are excellent, the room facilities are fantastic and of course the spa is pampering. In addition, the casino is high-class and fun to visit.

We were disappointed to discover that the minimum buy-in (poker) at the casino is relatively high.

Great breakfast, lovely staff and service, the rooms were large and cleanthe hotel is beautiful and easily accessiblethis is our second visit in 2 months and and we will be coming again soon

Very good breakfast!! The location for me was not the perfect. Was away form the centrum of the town

My husband wasn't feeling well and I asked from the staff at breakfast to prepare for him milk juice and piece of bread and cheese to take this to the room ( I was going to get to the room). They do not accept to do so and they told me that I should go to the room to ask for room service. This was completely unacceptable since we already paid for the breakfast.UNACCEPTABLE!! At the check in desk they told us that they upgraded our room and our room was on the 10th floor and the only view we had from there was the roof of the hotel full of photovoltaic panels.

at the breakfast we waited 30 minutes for our coffee the staff did not immediately come to ask for coffee or orange juice when we sat at the table
