Quiet serene place and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Would've preferred more options in breakfast.

The view of the room is super. You can see the sea while sitting on the pool or your balcony. Nicely decorated everything. Breakfast was very tasty, they gave fresh fruits and juice and main dishes as Nasi goreng, Mie goreng. The room was super comfy and clean.

There isn't much to say. Just one thing, the message service from their hotel are bit costly than other places

The location was good. Close to Buyuk Harbor. The place was very clean with a pool and seating. A big recommendation for others to try.

Very nice and spacious rooms, big shower and everything you need. Beds are comfortable.The pool is nice and clean. Breakfast options available. They also have a small gym included, very nice to be a bit active. The view is amazing!

The bathroom is getting a bit old and it would be nice to change the broken toilet seat. Other than that nothing wrong with this hotel! It’s located on a side of Nusa where it’s not much going on. For restaurants you need to walk or drive a few minutes.

So I've been or had been in indonesia for over 6 weeks and this place smashed everything else out of the park firstly the staff super super friendly I noticed a few people say there English isn't great so what learn indonisean u can get buy there super friendly and super helpful and then the place my room was absolutely huge like a studio probably the only place where it looks better in real life the bathroom was huge shower powerful and hot the bed was super comfy tv safe amazing air con so good it woke me up cold ?...it has kettle safe super clean was cleaned every single day brekafeast was basic but included in the ridiculous low price u can use the gym which is huge all in all its the best place I've stayed by a distance and the pool was lovely and not forgetting the ridiculous view absolutely unreal I will be back

Absolutely nothing

I had an amazing stay at Pandawa Beach Resort in Nusa Penida! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax. What really stood out was the value for money—very reasonable prices considering the quality of the stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. As a pleasant surprise, they even upgraded our room without us asking, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nusa Penida!

Air conditioning not properly work and bathroom shower is very slow . Need for focus on house keeping team like stain on bed sheet

But not maintained well and after discussing given another room, which is better than previous but still not up to standard

Room was good. Hotel is located near the main road so easy to find a restaurant.

Hotel restaurant is under staffed.

The door moves a lot with the wind creating a lot of noises. The bathroom also was smelling bad. The rest was very good

Property location is good

Staff at the property were not coordinating for any requests especially when rooms were available in the first floor and were not willing to accommodate. Motor bike rentals were charged inflated prices than what was mentioned in the brochure.

They change you sometimes 3% if you pay by card. Some other times only 2% . Not very clear . They don’t told me that before. And this changing ratio is not serious. People at breakfast don’t sleek English.Gym is open to everyone in the island.They rent scooter but helmet are destroyed.Breakfast not good.

Spacious comfortable rooms with all the amenities, good location and breakfast option was quite good and they serve the best hot chocolate so far in Indonesia

The staff! Language barrier and couldn’t give us the correct information about the ferry and we missed the ferry. Taking to them and explaining what we exactly wanted wasted our 30-45mins which left us to miss our ferry to Lombok

The rooms were big, clean and we had a pool right in front of the room. The room service was lightening fast. Also the staff was humble and polite. The best part is there was no timing of when you can enter the pool. You could go to the anytime . They had a great gym too.
