Hotel Arsa Santhi Nusa Penida

Very large, clean and comfortable room. The bed was very large and comfortable. The water pressure and heat of the shower was the best we had during our two weeks in Bali and Nusa Penida. The pool was relaxing and a good temperature. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed walking to many good restaurants. We appreciated help from the staff in showing us where to find the fast boat office and the free shuttle to take us there. Very kind staff.

The only minor negative issue was that we had to ask for clean towels and a bath mat and hand soap for our room even though the room had already been made up for the day. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and found it to be good, not great or anything special. It was nice to have fresh coffee to look forward to each morning as well as the option of other specialty coffee drinks.

Location is very good, close to the harbour. There are also some good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful, they happily helped us with any requests. They also offer free shuttle to the harbour.

The breakfast choices are poor and the food quality is not that good. Also they charge extra for the coffee (eg. cappuccino). Towels and bed sheets cleanliness may be improved.

The hotel is walking distance to the ferry (but they do have a shuttle), as well as a few restaurants. The pool was clean, the beds were soft (for Asia), and it was nice to have a shower curtain in a wet bathroom. Breakfast comes out fast and everyone who works on the property is nice.

The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything. The towels and sheets all smell like mildew (typical for Asian islands but the pool towels were extremely bad). There were ants in the room as well as all over the plates and cups at the restaurant. The hotel was also sold out of scooters, and the place they recommended also didn't have any, so it was disappointing not being able to drive around the island.

Good location and breakfast. Free transport to/from port. Rooms and spacious and clean. Pool is nice and plenty of sunbeds.

Would be ideal if hotel offered an evening shuttle bus to some of the further away restaurants as there is no grab/gojek on the island

Handy location near the harbour. The super friendly staff booked a ferry for us and collected us from the ferry. Breakfast was amazing, the room was lovely with a huge comfy bed, lovely setting with all the plants and flowers. Incredible value for money

The location was central, and we could walk to the shops and facilities. We hired a scooter in order to get to places a little further in order to see things. I highly recommend the scooter hire. It is the better way of exploring.

The rooms and bathrooms are a little outdated. Could do with a "freshen up". Some extra space for suitcases would be ideal, as we used the floor.

Nice place, nice pool, small rooms. Good to stay for several nights. Good food, very tasty.

Our children had problem with stomach. Bad water in swimming pool(( Also staff tried to charge us for adult extra bed, but it was a child.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in nusa penida choose here. Beds are huge and so comfy. Duvets / pillows are comfy. Hot showers. Kettle/ fridge/ facilities in room. Breakfast was really good. Most of all the staff are so lovely and helpful. Whole surroundings of the hotel is really nice. We didn’t want to leave.

Honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say.

Liked the location.

1. Safe deposit box did not work. The staff did not know how to reset the password.2. The rain shower head threw water all over horizontally, not just vertically and drenched the toilette paper as well.3. No hand towels were provided.4. We had to unplug the table lamp and plug in the fridge. Not enough power outlets in the room.5. The sink drain was very slow.

I liked the room and the pool, the pool is very good.

We had a situation related to the price of transportation where the night employee recalculated the price and it was a very annoying situation.

Best property for location or else dont expect aesthetics & staffs are also not that kind enough

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. It’s very close to Scuba Junkie, so great location if you are diving with them.

The garden and pool were lovely, and well looked after. Lovely staff who were friendly and happy.

More plug sockets would have been a plus. I had to unplug the bedside light to charge my phone or use the kettle.

From the moment you step foot into the property you are so warmly welcomed. The Balinese / Islanders are naturally such a kind people! From their smiles and genuine interest when they say "all good" (which I believe is an Aussie thing) is heart warming. The pool is great, small but just about right to get some laps in. The rooms are cosy but don't feel cramped as you've either got the balcony or you're right onto the lawn and pool. Some good food options are pretty close by as well the harbour so you've got quick access to the sea transport options back to the mainland or other islands

I've travelled all over the world and stayed at 5 star hotels as well as hostels. I could sit here and nitpick, but the truth is, for the price, you get more than what you imagine.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The garden is meticulously maintained. The only area for improvement is the lack of hooks or places to hang towels in the bathroom
