Hard to close the sliding door for the room, because it needs to be fixed, it’s brokenThe bed is far away from the charging port

Location of the Property and Surrounding nature was very good along with Sea facing view. Food was fantastic with options for us which made the stay memorable.

Pre checking process of the room before guest check in can be much better and that area definitely requires additional improvement so as to addition to experience level.

The highlight for me was the infinity pool — it overlooks the island and ocean in such a way that you can easily spend hours just soaking it all in. The rooms are also very spacious, with comfortable beds topped with a mattress topper that makes sleeping feel extra cozy and restful.

the restaurant was disappointing. The food quality did not match 4-star hotel standards, which was a letdown. I ended up going to Mambo Beach Resort for lunch and dinner, where the food was much better. If the restaurant improved, this place would be near perfect.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The villas are huge, modern, and stunningly beautiful. The view is incredible looking out at the sea. Both pools are wonderful. Staff were very friendly and arranged a scooter rental. My only complaint is that I did not stay longer!

The pools and view are amazing and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious.

The bathroom wasn’t that clean, a sink was broken, some lights didn’t work, the unit needed some repair.

Private Villa 2 was quiet and comfortable. Above the lower villa properties with a great view. Food and drinks at the Castaways Restaurant were very good. Staff was tremendous!

Not much to complain about Maybe the mosquitoes but staff provided electronic repellent that works well.

The hotel is very dated and could honestly do with a full re-furb.The plaster was peeling/coming away from the walls in the room, around the toilet was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned (stained), the bed and sofa had stains on, the doors had huge gaps in them so that ants (and other creatures) could crawl in through and just in general the hotel looked nothing like advertised.

Nice rooms, good size - beautiful view from the pool & room. / personal is serviceminded, and they will for fill all the wishes you need. I was at the hotel for 2 days, with my girlfriend and both of os where happy and will gladly come again :)

It was amazing! Food was soooooo good really unbelievable how good it was! Food is 5star quality.Everyone friendly.Spa massage was very good!

Spa could be more cozy and the floor more clean!

I like the staff who helped me bring my bags and brought me to my villa, he had a helpful personality. I like that in the morning when I requested for a iron it was delivered fast too. I also think it's good that on WhatsApp the hotel responds fast.

I didn't like that my toilet water pressure was so low, my family and I couldn't shower properly and the water heater wasn't great too as it wasn't hot or warm water for the shower. I also didn't like the staff who didn't answer my enquiries properly on the phone even though the line wasn't clear entirely so I understand but he hung up the phone on me. Then when I called back many times, no one answered - I was hoping to get some help as I was confused with the transportation to the hotel arrangements. The next morning I called again and another start answered, she was helpful in answering questions so to whoever you are, thank you very much ?

There are 2 main buildings the bungalows are ok. The apartments are in bad shape Staff is nice bfast good

We loved staying at Semabu Hills hotel. We initially booked for 3 and decided to stay 5 more nights. It’s very peaceful (except for the Muslim chanting at 4am).The staff are awesome so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The pool is beautiful and clean, the rooms are so spacious. The food in the restaurant is really good too. Loved everything about this place.

We stayed in private villa with a pool. The villa had the most beautiful veiw of the ocean.The pool and the villa were both huge and very comfortable. Beds and pillows both very comfortable.We ate in the restaurant in our first evening and the food was delicious.The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with booking us half day trips both on land and snorkeling.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a short trip to Nusa Penida.

The only reason for not giving 5* is due to the limited breakfast options and that the overall finish of the rooms was in need of a tiny bit of tlc.

Location , staff friendly but little English . Food was okay for price , breakfast included in room was a 5/10 they try and it’s okay minus the flys everywhere and dogs at your table

My room was filthy full of bugs and ants , missing towels and I just wanted to leave I was stuck as it was an island I did not feel comfortable at all I was getting eaten alive ! Wish I never booked this place and wish I never stayed , food was okay staff try but speak little English

The rom was okey.

1.Our room was not made available until after the official check-in time, which was inconvenient.2.The room did not have an umbrella, despite it being the rainy season.3.We requested pool towels multiple times, starting on the first day before 9 AM. Unfortunately, towels were unavailable, and despite assurances the following day, they were never delivered, even after repeated requests.4. Crazy amount flies even for Bali. Stayed another hotel for 4 days on the island with no issues.5. Rented a scooter with bad breaks and no headlights. Not made aware of the issues before renting it.These issues negatively impacted our overall experience. I hope you will address these concerns to ensure better service for future guests.

The breakfast had lots of flies around the food BUT it was mango season apparently so can’t be to blame.

The view from the hotel was great. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and big. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
