The location was about 30 minutes from the pier, away from the crowds, shops, and restaurants. The pool was excellent with an amazing view of the forest. The only downside was that the room door didn’t close properly due to humidity, which allowed many mosquitoes and insects in, and there were no mosquito repellents. The staff were excellent and welcomed us with drinks. The price was also great.”

The property is away from the core. Strange road to get to it but once there we enjoyed our stay! Our bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The pool was right outside our door and the pool,furniture was great. We rented a motorbike to get around so that was more freedom. The food was super tasty and breakfast was truly filling. Monkeys were around but didn’t hassle anyone. Pool was perfect temperature as well and very clean. We would go back to this place for sure. Staff are very helpful, they organize taxi, cook great meals, and fun to chat with.

The property was what we were looking for so we basically liked everything!

Very nice location, the road is a bit tight but we rented scooters from a place nearby and we had a great experience! The people who work there at the restaurant and reception are so helpful and kind. We have no words to thank you!

Nothing to like. Maybe kindness of the staff, which is expected The reviews and the rating seem artificial. I fell into this trap.

Location - hard to get there on any transport. Forget about walking despite being close to harbor.Very noisy rooms - you can hear absolutely everything: AC, water pump noise, music from the restaurant of the hotel. Music was turned off upon the request at 10:30 pm. AC sound and humming noise of the water pump was too much to handle Bathrooms are extremely dirty. The smell from chemicals is so strong. Good I booked for only one night thinking if it is okay then I can extend. But we changed hotel right the next day.

Really great service from the personel, who was Always helpfull and caring for us. They Always askes about our day and put on a service few can match. The place was great, dont worry when the Road there feels a bit rough, the end is greatIf you stay here, you have to say hi to the cutest cat Ralf. Ralf was such a mood setter and we loved him.

The location has amazing Views of a beautiful forest area with the ocean in the background. Staff is friendly and help full.

It’s a good hotel! The problem is the location. If you have big luggage, please ask hotel to arrange transportation. We only had backpacks. We went through a very little and hidden path according to google map. It’s fun!

Sunrise and night view was awesome, specially when we were at the pool, my 5 years old son stayed at the pool more than 1 hour. super comfy bed and it was clean. The drinking water is free and stuffs helped me to get that water whenever we wanted.

It is a good place to stay in the middle of the jungle…in a local area where you will discover the real face of Nusa Penida. It is close to the t-rex beach, good breakfast, nice staff :)

It was infested with milipedes , in the toilet or in the bedroom floor. So it was really awful.

The staff were amazing, Yondu and Yoga were very helpful, accommodating and friendly.The view was great and was a quiet location.Rooms were modern and well kept.

Bathroom needs some work. The toilet was loose. Rain leaked in thru the exhaust vent in roof making floor wet all the time in the wet season. Caterpillars would also find their way into bathroom and are everywhere on the property but it is essentially the jungle so par for the course especially the wet season.Some safety issues like missing guard rails would be a concern but mostly for children.Many menu items were not available possibly due to low inventory due to it being low season.

Worst place I ever stayed at. Dirty bathroom with mold and a bad smell. Worst part is that the owner said they would solve everything the next morning; guess what? No one even came to clean the room or tidy up, let alone solve the smelly bathroom problem.

The hotel is a gorgeous place, and the rooms are delightful to stay in. The pool and the restaurant have great views and so did our room. The windows are huge and look out over the jungle. The hotel restaurant is very good, and we loved the breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and easy to reach out to via WhatsApp if you have questions while you're out and about.The location is as described. Nusa Penida is a cliff island, so the roads are a little wild if you're not accustomed to them. This is nothing against the hotel because we chose this location for the more secluded experience. I'm glad the taxi drivers are experienced on these roads.

The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.

Although breakfast was included in our rate, on the first morning, the staff serving breakfast was visibly sick and coughing heavily. Concerned about hygiene and the risk of illness, we decided not to eat there. As there were no other options nearby, we had to go to Adiwana Warnakali Resort for breakfast and pay 500K . For the same reasons, we avoided breakfast at the hotel the next day as well.The second night was also unpleasant, as a guest next door was screaming for two hours until midnight. We texted the reception, but nothing was done.

The property is just like in the pictures!!! We were truly amazed! And it’s surrounded by nature. The pool was comfy and with a view to nature. The room was clean and modern but still had that comfy feeling of a cabin in the woods. It was truly amazing!! The staff were very kind to us and always happy, smiling and friendly. The breakfast was truly delicious and ENOUGH! I don’t know why some reviews suggested otherwise but there was enough food! There’s a store nearby and restaurants! You won’t regret the area one bit. We rented a scooter and basically drove around the whole island and this hotel is located 15-16min from the harbour. So it’s the perfect location.

The pool wasn’t very clean. There were dead flies and other bugs in it just floating around. It wasn’t very hygienic. The bathroom was a little bit… bad. The toilet was moving and there were some white stains in the shower. The wifi wasn’t very good either, if you work online/remote job prepare yourself!
