Sunset Garden Nusa Lembongan

Great pool, breakfast was nice with good options off the menu but not a big buffet style which was nice for a change, family room was awesome, adjoining rooms. Overall, very happy.

Room/villa was gorgeous with our own pool, room/beds/pillows were comfortable and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful with everything- within walking distance of sunset point, mushroom bay and dream beach. The manta point snorkelling, that we booked through the hotel was exceptional and our 90 min massages were fantastic. Food is great too - lots of choices for breakfast. We wished we planned a longer stay, 3 nights was just not enough!

Location was good and staff very friendly and accommodating to help with tour, transport, and spa bookings.

While Sunset Gardens is a beautiful place to stay, its facilities were in need of maintenance. Almost everything in our room was somehow broken; light fixtures, television, the lock on our door all needed repair. The mosquito net was greyed and stained. We understand Nusa Lembongan is a resource-constrained place, but hot water lasted perhaps 2 minutes before going cold.

Great villa that concerns on environmental impact. They utilise eco friendly products for water refill, straws,and recycling for the rooms. Good efforts in minimize impact yo use less plastic.

Beds are comfortable.

The shower was hot and then cold a lot. Not a lot of water pressure. The tap was old and loose. The villa’s are in need of some tlc. Our roof was leaking too.

Sunset Gardens was perfect for our family holiday. We stayed in the two bedroom villa with private pool. Our 7yr and 4yr old loved both pools. Food was great and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, lots of choices to keep fussy kids happy. Short walk to dream beach, sandy bay. Other places we just got taxis or hired scooters. Plenty of food places offered free pick up if you ate with them. We stayed for 8 nights and will be back again.

Pretty much nothing that we liked except for the pretty scenery by the pool area surrounded by all the palms and treees

The hotel is far from being rated a 4stars hotel hardly makes it as a 3stars one. We were planning on staying at the hotel during our whole stay but we had to run after our first night. The road leading up to the hotel is not suitable for bikes and full of bumps and wholes, there is no light at all so it was a horrifying trip getting back at night only to get back to the resort to find it completely dark like it’s haunted, they hardly gad any lights on. The resort itself is very poor with only one guy running pretty much everything, the kettle in the room was DISGUSTING, the bathroom door to the outdoors bathroom was not secure at all allowing all kind of lizards to come into the bungalow. There was no phone inside the room to contact reception or room service, you’d have to walk up to the reception area (which was dusty and an absolute joke) to ask for anything.The breakfast was unbelievably disgusting lacking any sort if good options except for the omelets which was undercooked and over salted, we were too disgusted to eat anything there and we had to leave.

The privacy and setuo of villa was great

Advertised to have wifi and it doe, but the router must be near the restaurant as that’s about the only place u can pick up the connection, the outside bathroom seemed like a good idea till you have to go to the toilet in the rain

Great host. Very friendly and caring.

Kitchen could be better stocked especially for vegetarians though the host went out of the way to meet our needs.

Lovely to have our own pool and the hotel was very accommodating of putting in an extra rollaway for our son. Plus main pool was large and clean! They also helped arrange a scooter.

We are still waiting for our 3 night refund from 8 weeks ago. We had to depart as the noise was impossible to sleep. We were told we would receive a refund however it has not been forthcoming. I am pulling my hair out trying to get in touch to receive our refund. They told Bookingc.com they have done it however will not produce a receipt. I have been checking my account for the $660 and it has not been returned.

A little out of town but accessible by scooter easily. Some minor maintenance on hooks and bath mats but all very comfortable and suitable for families.

I liked it so much! The sunset garden really fulfilled everything. The breakfast was great and a big variety. All the people working there were so nice! Especially one of the men that sits in the reception, very kind and caring! The bungalows were clean and comfortable.

The ceiling is high in the bungalows which means that when the afternoon sun hits the bungalows it gets really warm! So taking a nap in the afternoon after a long day at the beach is very warm. Also having conditioner in the shower would just be a little +. Otherwise everything else was great! ?

staff were very accommodating, polite and happy. Nothing was to much to ask. Young Gede who worked in the restaurant was very helpful and lovely and Dawi from reception same.Good air conditioning comfortable bed and beautiful gardens throughout the resort. Included breakfast had a wide variety to chose from and the restaurant meals were good and also very reasonable price. short walk to cloudland for amazing sunset and cocktails

Location was not good, long walk to the beach. Better options out there, but everything was booked.
