Sukanusa Luxury Huts

I don't recommend this hotel but the location is good if you want to be close to restaurants and the beach. There is a mosquito net and you're going to need it.

I felt ripped off. The hotel does not look like the photos. There wasn't a proper check in (they didn't ask for passport etc). The reception and bar/restaurant area looked abandoned. The room was awful, everything was filthy, the bathroom particularly (sink, floor, walls, toilet). The seating areas were filthy and had rat droppings. The bed sheets were stained and the mosquito net and curtains were dirty. I booked for three nights but left after one, there was only one member of staff and no manager and they didn't seem at all surprised when I told them why I was leaving. Don't waste your money.

The elect kept cutting out. There was a pool for each place but we could not use the pool as filter was not running and pool wasn’t very clean with all the leaves etc. lots of mozzie around and no coils available, you had to go buy some. If you needed to go to toilet in middle of the night you had to walk down the stairs, which were quite steep-so you had to leave light on downstairs, that’s probably ok for someone younger.

Cool huts, something a little different. Location was perfect. They organised all the transport to and from accommodation, which you pay for at the ferry terminal. Hired a scooter from here as well.

The staff were amazing, they dropped and collected us from places with a smile. They were so helpful and nice and I definitely will be back!

The bathroom was slightly dingey compared to the bedroom, however it was ok in the grand scheme.

The room was good. AC worked well ,bed comfortable. Pool was great. Good size for swimming. Good location a few minutes walk to beach and restaurants on the doorstep but still quiet at night. Owner very helpful.

Walk down to bathroom and shower ( which could have been fresher ) at night. Breakfast not great, no fruit or juice on offer

Very friendly staff and perfect location. They are willing to assist you with anything. Furthermore i had some good nights of sleep there. Spacious quality beds.Would recommend

cute hut surrounded by natural gardens, the sound of birds in the morning creates a calm atmosphere.

It is central, very quiet and sooooo relaxing, away from the crowds. I love the individual huts that are so easy to chill out in. Staff very friendly and new clean pool. The spa had fantastic masseuse, really excellent.

I would have liked a more varied breakfast, with fruit, coconut water or the possibility of western coffee.

The Huts are great for something different with a comfy bed and not much else. The bathroom is downstairs, great shower and I didn't mind having to walk down to it, location was dead center of main street, and 50 meters from the beach, perfect.

To be picky, No TV in the rooms.

Nice room with private pool. I didn't know before that the hotel had a private pool, the manager Muriana offered us various activities and was very helpful with our holiday in Lembogan.

Great location. They gave us a fridge and kettle. Big bed. Air conditioner. Great pool. Fabulous spa.

the place is very good, easy to find something, the beach is very close, the room facilities are also according to our expectations, the swimming pool water is clear.

Beautiful little huts. Pool is big and far enough from the main road that it’s peaceful.

From checking in, the duration of our trip, to checking out, this place has been nothing but amazing, accommodating, and helpful! The staff were so friendly and kind—helping us bring our baggages into our room, teaching us about the culture, and got us a great deal organizing our tour. You can really relax and enjoy your stay. Upon researching about Indonesia overall, they really represent the kindness and friendliness of the people of Bali/Lembongan. AND it's only a walk away from the beach and right in the vicinity of restaurants and local stores!

Washrooms could be better (not the modern washroom that westerners are used to), it's not too bad though, better than other washrooms I've used, it's just the concrete flooring, BUT it's all a part of the experience--you get a little taste of the island life!

Lovely place to stay, we arrived late and asked if we could have a room closer to the pool which was accomodated. Lovely pool and grounds, quite basic but clean, staff are helpful and i would definitely stay again

There was nothing to dislike

We loved the location. The pool was great & staff were friendly. Lots of cafes and a sort stroll to the beach.

We felt it was a little tired.
