Great pool. Quiet location. Walking distance to restaurants.

The quality of the service is truly amazing, the staff is friendly and always smiling. The food at the restaurant is tasty. Even with a small kitchen they have a lot of variety and everything is fresh, the cooks do an amazing job

There is some roosters around and the walls aren’t super noise proof, but some earplugs did the trick just fine

Hope you don’t get loud neighbours in the bungalows next door as you can hear them talking.

-Beautiful place, great staff, and delicious food. The cleaning is very good compared to other places I've stayed, and they provide bathrobes, slippers, and cotton buds. The pool is amazing.-The hotel can arrange a scooter rental for you for the whole day for around 100,000 rupiah. They can also arrange your pickup from the port and help you find tickets for your return to Bali.-The rooms are beautiful and comfortable

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but due to the surrounding vegetation, you should turn off the lights inside and outside your room between 6 PM and 8 PM. This is to prevent moths and ants from entering. It's also a good idea to bring insect repellent to place outside your room.

The overall cleanliness of the whole place is commendable. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Rental of motorbike from the hotel can be improved. The motorbike we rented might not have been eqsy to ride and seemed only done minimal maintenance.

Booking this resort was the best part of our stay! It's located away from all the hustle and bustle of the harbour and tourist spots, so it is a tranquil, nature-filled retreat - You can wake up listening to sound of birds! The rooms are huge, well maintained and cleaned daily. For convenience, I recommend arranging pick-up and drop-off to the harbour, as online taxi services aren’t available on the island. Overall, a wonderful choice for a peaceful getaway!

If I had to pick something....maybe the wifi signal and the water pressure in the shower....it wasn't bad by any means

Hotel complex was in a quiet area of the island so needed to get car and driver everywhere which the hotel efficiently organised for us:

the pool was amazing, big and clean and surrounded by palm trees and you could relax after the whole day visiting the island, breakfast was good and the host was exceptional

Everything! Staff were lovely, provided us with a driver to collect us from beach to check in and there for whatever we needed! The chalets were fabulous and the pool just lovely!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big swimming pool and sufficient breakfast every morning. Possible to rent scooters at the accommodation.

The houses are very noisy. The staff keeps roosters in little cages and put them right next to the guest houses. The roosters wake you up between 4 and 6 AM! After complaining, the staff declared that the last time they checked the cages were empty. In other words; these roosters would have ended up there in a miraculous way?!Also the staff has dogs who were barking throughout the night. The staff should keep those dogs and roosters at their homes! Not around the hotel!!

Breakfast is typical indo but good and simple.Room is large (very large) and clean. Once again simple but all is there.Pool is definitely a + and site is great too. Nice jungle look.We knew already the hotel from previous visit, so no surprise for us.It is one of our land base in NP.

Not much for this price to be honest. We were there for low season and only one in the hotel for 2 days - that was great. But even though, the staff was kind of absent. All services are good, they improved wifi with repeater device in our room, offered taxi to carry luggages as on bike...Not much too complain about.

The pool, clean and large with lots of deck chairs. The rooms were large. Walk in shower. Transport available. Food was simple, honest and freshly cooked. Nice spacious grounds in a refreshing rural setting -coconut Grove.

The doors that wouldn't open without a struggle. They had sagged and needed to be lifted to open.

Horrible

I booked a poolside villa but after paying and taken to our room, I realised that it wasn’t the room I’d booked. When I asked the staff they sent me away and told me to email management. Management waited hours until it was late at night and we were out for dinner, telling us to check out within the hour and I’d be refunded. Like WHAT?! Staff were rude and non helpful. Didn’t get reimbursed for the extra money I’d paid for a nicer room and been given an old and musty family room up the back of the hotel. Overall, horribly expensive for what we got. Was also my birthday so I had forked out for something nice and then had to deal with horrible staff and no resolution other than being told to leave at 8pm at night.

Koma and all staff are super helpful and friendly. Lovely place to stay and highly recommend ?

We ate at restaurant & delicious food. Need to dim lighting and soft music playing to create atmosphere. Beautiful setting
