Amazing staff and location!! Staff were super helpful who helped us organise all of our activities: eg going to Penida, scooter, snorkeling and just wanted us to be safe and have the nicest time! Can’t speak highly enough of them ☺️

Loved the authentic bungalows in a super quiet area of Nusa Lembongan. While the roads in are an adventure, once you arrive this place has everything you need. Staff were all very accommodating. Loved that the place felt small and yet we still had the choice of two pools. Ate dinner here once and it was delicious. If you want to stay in Mushroom Bay, I'd highly recommend this place.

The only thing missing from the room is a cupboard or hanging space (even open air hanging would be good) they do provide a few hooks on the wall. I had a great massage at the spa; however, the aircon really didn't work, and given that you go to a spa for comfort, I'd recommend this be serviced and or updated. Otherwise liked every other aspect.

A very relaxed group of villas with lovely pools and gardens. 100 metres walk to the stunning Mushroom Bay with white sand, turquoise blue water and lovely views to Bali. Plenty of places to eat with Hola Hola definitely the best. The staff are friendly and courteous and very welcoming and aim to please. The villa itself is old style huts with thatched rooftops and a bathroom out the back down a couple of stairs. The beds are typical firm like everywhere else in Bali. It’s very quiet with no traffic and just the sound of birds to awaken to. The villa is great value for money.

The usual Bali neglect of bathroom renovations means slow drainage a few smells at times and fittings well past their use by. The mosquito net over the bed is too small and you feel hemmed in a bit. The aircon in our room was just taking the edge off the heat so inefficient. The breakfast which is included is super basic and could be improved with a little imagination. Ie nasi goreng is cooked rice with some flavour added. No veg or meat. The walk down to the beach and other areas of the island are littered with rubbish. Not the villa at fault, but unfortunately part of the experience that questions your choice to keep coming back to this island as it’s not improving.

Unfortunately, bed bugs during our stayWe stayed one night in the family villa. During the night, we found bed bugs in the room. The hotel staff kindly moved us to another room at 3 a.m., but unfortunately we also discovered bed bugs there. In the end, we spent the rest of the night outside by the pool instead of sleeping.In the morning, the manager apologized, but it became clear to us that the problem is not new – the hotel was full during our stay, and the owner admitted he knew about bed bugs in some rooms. This suggests the issue is quite serious and needs urgent attention.It’s a real shame, because the place itself has potential, but as long as this problem continues, it makes the stay very uncomfortable. I sincerely hope the hotel will deal with it properly.

The staff and the owner was very friendly and solution-oriented, we were able to rent a very good motor bike with helmets to explore the island, the hotel complex was very charming and well-maintained and only a 2-minute walk from the beach, we really liked it, we would come back breakfast was simple but good.

be prepared to be a wee bit hot - the AC didn't blast us but it was still functional.

Great place for a family stay, two pools, close to beautiful mushroom bay. The staff arranged scooters and a snorkling trip where we saw manta rays.

Meals were amazing at the villas. Small, intimate comfortable, close to the beach.

We loved the location, the seclusion although very close to everything in Mushroom Bay. Loved the gardens, pools, ocean views, staff. Great price, very spacious. Looks better in person than online. The family huts were gorgeous with ocean views!!!Massages were great and really well priced, food quite nice too for the price! Breakfast was simple but really good, especially the juice!! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!!

There were a few bits that needed fixing but they were seen to quickly. Pools were quite warm but not much you can do about that and still lovely to hang out in.

The place was amazing! First of all the people who are running this place are so nice. Always smiling and willing to help you. The room is "bali style", big and very clean. The A/C is strong, so the hut is always very chilled. The place has 2 pools,therefore, you always find a place also there is a restaurant with good food and good prices. There is a "secret path" from the hotel that leads to mushroom beach in one minute! You can use this path when you arrive with the boat, if you want to avoid taking a taxi. In general, it was much, much more from what I was expecting!.

Naturale Villas was a great location at Mushroom Bay only a 80m walk down a path and you were on the beach. Staff were great, awesome spa. 2 pools was fab and the food was good too.

The property was great. There was an odd smell in the bathroom and the air con unit was probably due for replacement as it wasn’t that effective (hence why there was a big freestanding fan in the room I guess). Honestly didn’t detract from how great our stay was.

Beautiful location, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous east-facing rooms with secluded views of the jungle, excellent facilities and very delicious food!

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Lovely pools and tasty breakfast, just enough for us.

Aircon was weak but they did try and fix it.

Amazing pools and fresh breakfast.

The road to the villas is very bumpy and full of pot holes so consider this if you plan on renting scooters. But it is only a short stroll to mushroom beach which has lots of restaurants and boats from.

Great bungalows right on Mushroom Beach. Fantastic service and amazing staff, so friendly. I will be back to stay here 100%, as great value for money and such a relaxing holiday.
