Great location 2 minutes from tamarind beach and 5 minutes to the surf beach, food was really wellPriced and tasted great always. Staff were super friendly, made us breakfast early on a day we went diving in the morning.

Bed was a bit tough if you’re needing a good rest after daily activities. Our air con dripped a lot but what can you do it’s Indonesia and the staff did their best to fix it

The staff made us feel at home. Delicious noodles and rice cooked for you steps from where you are staying. Very comfortable rooms with a very clean pool and lounging chairs. 1-minute walk to the beach with a fun path. We wanted to extend our stay but they were sold out. Definitely staying again when we return! A 10/10 stay?

Great location, comfortable accommodation and lovely staff

Beautiful place with pool. We were able to walk on tracks along the beach to the tourist main hub. The place itself is only a one minute walk to a lovely sandy bay. The view from Breeze Villa is fantastic (green plants and some beach).

You can walk to beach and restaurants and explore and walk to other beaches. Great escape for families! You can also cook light meals in 2 bed villas even has air fryer!

Wifi was ok just make sure to download things to watch.

The location was incredible, right near Tamarind beach and a short walk to the surfing spots! The road down is pretty damaged but we kind of like that as it kept it nice and quiet! The restaurant was gorgeous with simple food but everything delicious, the villas were so beautiful, we stayed in 2 different family villas (not their fault we added extra days and the original villa wasn’t available) both were lovely. The second one was more spacious but did have some issues with the water in the shower. Both are fully fitted out with kitchen and equipment, full sized fridge tv ect. Amazing views from the top level and such a great chill out space. The owners Wayan and Komang were so lovely and great to deal with, excellent communication and it really felt like you were part of the family. ?

Not much, we do have a few issues with the water in shower in 2nd villa and a methane smell but it was only temporary and didn’t really affect our stay at all. The road down is in pretty bad shape if you arnt a confidant moped rider, we were fine but some other people staying at the property did struggle with it.

Breeze villa has amazing views and super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and the balconies are beautiful.

I loved the accommodation but the road leading to Breeze Villas is verrrrryy bumpy. I do not recommend if you are new to driving the scooter. Also- some transport providers find it difficult to reach the villas and prefer to pick you up on a different beach road 5 minutes away. Breeze villa is lovely and it’s a nice place to stay but just be cautious of the road.

The view

Quite a walk for kids to get to beach, shops and restaurants.

The staff were phenomenal, so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. Location was convenient, short walk along the water to get food/go to the beach. Room was cleaned daily.

Only downside is the wifi- dropped out regularly and could not connect at all midway through our stay. But many places around had wifi so wasn’t the end of the world. Also, reggae music plays all day which we found amusing and enjoyable but keep in mind if you are planning on staying in the room for a lot of the day.

Cheap cost per night staying, probably the only redeemable thing about staying here.

Worth having a deep dive into the reviews before booking! Facilities were pretty poor, rooms were a little damp. Property was out of the way and at least a 20 minute walk away from anywhere else so reliant on taxis. Someone in our group had a pair of Apple Airpods stolen whilst a room was being cleaned. If you're after cheap then it'll do what it says on the tin but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again myself.

The stay was super nice and very friendly staff, not much to complain about. The prices for the food were good too. Would recommend it!

Only improvement could be in the bathroom. The bathroom was overall fine but the chrome parts like from the sink were very calcified (maybe new ones or hard cleaning) and the light could be a bit brighter because it was pretty dark. But that was no super negative point for us as we were most of the time outside.

The location is really good. It’s just a short stroll to the beach and a really great local Warung for food. Wayan and his wife and boys are always happy and willing to assist with anything. It’s very private due the small number rooms.

I've enjoyed just about everything. The rooms are great, the view is fantastic, it's a quiet, nice pool, tasty breakfast.

I didn't quite like the location, it was far from everything. Especially the store or the restaurant.

Friendly relaxed staff , able to rent a bike from the property, nice pool, spacious room with a kettle and fridge .

Only thing is the roads around the area are very rocky and scary on a small motorbike.

We really enjoyed staying at the Breeze Villas in Tamarind Beach. Its quiet and relaxing. Wayan and his staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful and will happily organise anything and everything you need. Our villa (family villa) was air-conditioned, spacious, very clean and the two king size beds are super comfortable. The villa pool is great. Jungbut Batu Beach (the main beach and area) is close enough to walk although if you have children or difficulty walking its only a 10 minute taxi ride. Tamarind Beach is about one minute walk and Coconut Beach about 10 minutes with both beaches great for swimming, snorkelling and surfing just off the shore. Mushroom Beach is an easy 15 minute walk with great restaurants, cafes and an excellent swimming beach.

The guard on the property was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and they had amazing espresso.

The place was very dated The bathroom was dark, the water in the shower was saltwater, and there were stains on the ceiling look that like it was coming down The bed was comfortable, but the mosquito net had holes that was very dirty. The swimming pool was crystal clear but there was so much chemicals in it. It was hard to enjoy. You cannot open your eyes under water without them burning, and it came out smelling like chlorine.The breakfast was plain and small portions
