Mahagiri Resort Nusa Lembongan

The staff was VERY helpful and accommodating. I had the private villa for a week and enjoyed every minute I was there.

Poolside and beachside seating was slightly hard to come by. Have to get there early and protect your spot if thats where you want to be. The couple days that I hung around the resort all day would have been nice to have a spot.

The location is incredible. The beach access is expansive. The pool area is big and sprawling. Both the beach and pool were well maintained and very clean. We stayed in a pool villa and that was very nice. Service was lovely and attentive. When the island lost power for a few hours do to a storm, the hotel generator was amazing. We had light, food, WiFi, and air conditioning. That alone is worth it.

The shower is inches from the toilet was a little cramped. The tub is separate and very nice. The floor could have been cleaner in the room. It was a bit dirty and gritty. I wiped with a clean towel.

Location is good. I enjoyed the swimming private pool in the suite.Cleanliness was good.Food was good.

I’m disappointed about the lack of hot water. I suggest on-demand heaters so that the usage from other guests doesn’t cause a negative experience for others.The lighting in the outside and pool area had problems, some of which was fixed. But I didn’t want to ask for everything to be addressed. The pool was also very noisy and the fountain didn’t work.I really enjoyed the pool, but there are some engineering/maintenance problems.Not being able to take a hot bath was disappointing since we tried two different nights but only got cold/lukewarm water.

Room was great. Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast each morning.

Beach in front of hotel was okay but other locations along the beach are nicer.

Beautiful property right on thebeach and the new year party was the best we had in a long time , icing on the cake was fireworks.

Food could have been better, especially the breakfast had really limited options and quality was not upto the mark. When we compared with the kind of food in terms of variety and quality in the nearby resorts and cafes there was a very big difference.

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our time in our private villa, dining and the beach. Everyone was friendly, helpful and was a great location for walking around.

The hotel is amazing

The beach is not good for swimming. There are many rocks in the sea that can hurt your feet, so you need to wear appropriate footwear.

Super Loud noice at night from their live music, both nights til 9.30pm. Breaky buffet was really bad, we had to go buy breakfast from the cafes down the street

Smelled like sewage, stained bedding and towels, bad food, beach not swimmable, not a 4-star hotel

Loved the location and the convenience of all the nearby restaurants and shops. Felt incredibly safe

Staff at the front desk during our stay were very helpful, resourceful & kind. My wife left her medication in her room & the staff were able to arrange for it to be couried the next day to Uluwatu from Nusa Lembongan. Many thanks & much appreciated.

Bed was a little hard

The clean and cosy room, fantastic ocean view from the room.

The beach was really dissapointing - a lot of pieces of corals and other sharp things on the bottom makes it impossible to enter the ocean here, so we had to go to the other beaches (but there are not so many beaches in Nusa Lembongan). The food is fair, too much spicy sometimes, young personnel knows english not good enough.

The main reason for low score is very annoying fireworks we had every single night from the beach. If you expect a nice and good quality sleep, rest assured you will be awaken couple of times due to firework explosions.

I booked the ‘Village View Room,’ which turned out to be right next to a noisy street. The windows were not soundproof at all, and I wasn’t able to sleep for two nights due to constant traffic noise and reception stuff talking loudly throughout the night. The staff, overall, could benefit from proper training, rather than greeting guests, they seemed to scrutinize everyone who walked by. Overall, the hotel did not match the photos online and was not worth the price.

The location is right in Jungut Batu so very near to restaurants and minimarket. The hotel has huge access to beach area, so many sun loungers in the pool and beach area. Beautiful view of Mount Agung.
