Abian Huts Dream Beach Lembongan

Close to Dream Beach & Devil's Tear. Breakfast was very simple and not included. We ate at various places. Beautiful pool and grounds were luscious. Close to some AMAZING warungs. Food was reasonably priced from all restaurants and even the little corner shop had everything you could want.

Intermittent hot water and the birds were very annoying!! Glad we were in the lower huts as would have had trouble walking up and down those high stairs. Make sure you check which one you have booked!!

The big courtyard was very nice and well maintained.

The first bungalow I had could have used a better mosquito net. It had holes which let some mosquitoes in at night.

Location close to the dream beach

I'm very disappointed. Booked it to spend a few days with my wife close to the beach. Most of the reviews are weird because it's not what they depicted.If you are an outdoor person, okay with bugs, okay with showering outside with no hot water, okay with going down the stairs to the bathroom at any time of the day then this is for you. Just know that the room was smaller than it looks. Very small so if you have luggages, good luck. No hooks to hang clothes, literally no space for anything. Linens were dirty, the mosquito me to was dirty and ripped. The entire room was dusty. The bathroom was dirty, the shower would flood in 3 minutes so you were standing in your own filth. The sink was dirty, toilet seat was flimsy. The worst part was that in the middle of the night my wife jumped from her sleep because she heard some noise which turned out to be a mouse or rat. It was trying to get into our bag of chips. We checked out the next morning, I didn't even bother asking for refund. Booked a place closer to the north.

Double storey houses we got initially was full of insects, Aircon was not working and not clean. we had to pay next day extra to move to single storey house which was much better option

The location is very good. It is clean

Lights are less in the rooms & even in the property. Fans don't work. There are Red Ants that got into my bag & suitcase.

Everything was very clean and staff was super nice. I had breakfast included.On the mornings I didn't eat they would check in to make sure everything was OK. Short walk to Dream Beach and Devil's Tear. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast choices are very limited. Would have loved more traditional Balinese offerings. Maybe some options of veggies to go into the plain egg omelet. As an American, I am used to amenities like clothes irons, and ironing boards. I haven't had that provided in any place I've stayed in Indonesia so it's not out of the normal. Would just be a nice extra.

Loved our stay at Abian Huts. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. The welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Our rooms were spotless. The beds were comfortable with great quality linen.

The staff were great. So helpful, they go the extra mile. Really nice breakfast too!
