The staff were very polite and helpful.

It is VERY run down compared to its photos and star rating. I understand its in a third world country, but the area had several nicer hotels. Mosquito filled bathroom stunk like sewage. Mold in shower. Only two miniature bottles of drinking water.

Everything about this resort is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on the beach, and the pool villa rooms are spacious, with an amazing pool and a very comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area.

The beachfront pool with its view of the ocean was pure magic, especially at sunset when the sky turned gold

Amazing value for the price. The staff were all super nice and welcoming. Loved that the rooms had private pools, and the semi-outdoor bathroom was a cool, unique touch. Great location, great amenities, awesome pool, restaurant, and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. They organized some great tours for us and every activity we did was fun and kinda exactly what we were looking for.

location was great and our toilet was leaking when we got to our room but staff were super efficient to come and fix the issue,

Check in was too drawn out- we had to go to reception and sit and wait and then had a briefing and then a local blessing and then had to wait again until we got to our rooms - it has been a long day already and I just wanted to get to my room.

Really great value, in an amazing location. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Good happy hour on the beach. They even had dinner events.

Its a little old in parts and some of the decking needs fixing. Pool furniture needs replacing as well.

Great location on the island, on the main street, close to everything you need. Beach out the front was beautiful and also very close to many places to eat and visit. Close to snorkling, shopping, markets, food options etc.

I had such a wonderful stay at Lembongan Beach Club & Resort! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and privacy. Breakfast and meals at the restaurant were delicious, with a good variety to choose from. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and island charm.

Room was nice and large with space to put clothes and suitcases away. Big bathroom and comfy bed. Location is excellent with lots of eating places nearby. Good pool area and on the beach.

As have seen in other reviews a few things need fixing like the decking. The nets or sheers above the bed and on the sliding windows look as though they could do with a good wash. Depending on where you room is situated you can end up with the cockerels waking you up very early. Take earplugs.

The pool area was the best part. Lovely views of the beach and always enough room to find a place to lay down.

The rooms were adequate, although a little tired and in need of an update. Small things like the decking was not well maintained and wood and nails often poked up. The breakfast was average. The most disappointing part for me was the service. The were a lot of staff but they had limited English and the resort is impossible to contact before you arrive. We didn't manage to get a boat booking because they didn't respond in time and we had to book at our own expense. Then, when we arrived, they wouldn't reimburse us - partly because their English wasn't adequate and they couldn't understand what happened. It wasn't worth the fight. We often had to ask for extras pool towels and on one particular day we asked 5 times and never got any. Overall I would say it was an adequate stay but too costly for the service you get. I would stay in a villa next time.

Lovely hotel, great staff, excellent location.

Would have been great to have the cushions around the pool clean (maybe get removable covers and wash them!) and a few more cushions on the pool lounges. Also need to replace the beach bean bags, they were very old and tired looking and also needed a good clean.

I really enjoyed my vacation at Lembongan Beach Club & Resort. One of the things I loved during my stay here was their breakfast. The menu choices were very varied and appetizing. The food served here was of very high quality and all the ingredients were fresh! I really liked the mushroom soup and sweet & sour chicken menus. The atmosphere in the restaurant area was also very calming with a swimming pool and beautiful ocean view! And as someone who never gets away from sports activities, the gym facilities at this resort were very good and kept clean. The equipment was quite complete and I was able to do cardio exercises very well here. I was happy to be able to stay active and fit during my vacation here! The staff here were also very helpful and friendly, my vacation was even more memorable while I was here

The view overlooking the beach and shared pool is great, the staff are some of the most helpful and kindest I’ve come across after traveling the world. Rooms were spacious and while not brand new, very clean and well looked after.

The shared toilet near the pool area was in need of a refurbishment and really shabby, missing toilet seats etc. Getting off the boat and waiting to check in, I had an upset stomach and I really wish these weren’t the toilets I had at hand. Everything else was great though.
