Choice of two swimming pools was nice

Air conditioning did not work. Despite manager telling me “it’s you, you aren’t used to the hot weather and it will work at night when things cool down” Seriously this guy was gaslighting the guests, as another guest complained about the air con & was told same thing. Air conditioning vents could not be adjusted either and was on a fixed temperature. It was stiflingly hot and provided no relief, particularly during the day when I wanted to be cooled down.

M there was no beach and on the booking.com hotel intro it looks like there is a beach, but actually nothing and waves hitting the wall of the restaurant

the AC didnt work. They told us they fixed it but it was not working so we changed rooms and the AC wasnt great in the new room as well.lot of insects all over the place.the toilet was not nice.breakfast OK.They say they have attention in reception 24/7 but it is false, i wanted to get a massage and i couldnt becase no one was there

friendly staff, nice location

We booked 3 rooms here for 2 nights and were allocated room 12, 16 and 17. Room 16 and 17 back on to the parking area, so there is the constant sound of bikes coming in and out all day and there is also building happening directly next door, starting at 6am! We were also woken before 6am by staff sweeping around the pool area and yelling to each other across the gardens. Then again shortly after by bells ringing for a ceremony. All of us woke up wondering what was going on!! The rooms are super thin walls, made from light wood, so you can hear everything which really disturbed our trip given the loud staff and construction in the early morning. If the construction was only between 9am - 5pm and the staff were quiet before 7am, our trip would have been much nicer.The showers in room 16 and 17 were also clogged up with calcification, toilet flush was broken and bidet was not working properly. A little renovation and cleaning of the bathrooms is required and a discount should be offered for the rooms near the construction site. We paid the same amount as guests down near the beach, which does not seem fair at all.Other than renovation suggestions and offering a more peaceful environment, the place would be nice.

The location which directly in front of the beach. With pool you can use. Variety choice of breakfast menu (Indonesian, American, Continental) that you can order. The room air conditioner worked well made the room very comfortable even though the day was very hot. The location was very near the speedboat pier.

The flooring at the bathroom tend to get very slippery when wet (after shower), you need to be extra careful not to get slipped or fall.

Rooms were really nice, great view from ocean view huts, breakfast was excellent, good selections to choose from. Staff friendly, you know when Yoman the owner is there, lovely guy says hello to everyone. Yoman and Moloh at reception were excellent, assisting with boats out to the surf for my son and scooter hire for my wife and I.

Location was nice

Staff was not available at 7 am in the morning when we were waiting and trying to find a staff member to help order a taxi to take us to our excursion meeting place. Almost missed the excursion and then when dropped off we asked them to pick us up and no one ever showed up.

Bed was very comfy, the gardens were beautiful, the setting was amazingly still and quiet. Funny, the massage lady, was epic.

I didn't like the step down into the bathroom, very slippery and the shower was a hose.Sometimes reception was unattended.

The staff were super friendly Our hut was amazing. The gardens are beautifully kept and the views are fabulous

The beautiful Balinese huts with an ocean view were very comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was special. We especially loved the pool which directly overlooked the sea. Only a 10 minute to Mushroom Beach and great little restaurants. A wonderful place to stay.

Location - it was lovely to view Mt Agung at breakfast. The place was very serene.

No compendium in the room. Not enough info given in regards to operation of the fan, tv etc. Mini bar was well stocked but no price list was in tye room. (Was it free?) No access to the beach at front of the resort.

The staff is pushy with the programs. The price listed is not the real price. After booking it turned out that there is an additional transportation fee.

The view as we got the ocean front bungalow. The pool was great. The restaurant was good. Close walking to mushroom bay. Restaurants and massage nearby (few minutes walk)

Noisy group of approx 15 people stayed and partied till 12pm out front of villa in the pool.Bathroom was very slippy and needed some anti slip mats.

Loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and the facilities were excellent. Such great value for money. The restaurant was so reasonably priced - the food was fresh and delicious! The mini fridge in the room had a great choice of complimentary refreshments. Would 100% recommend, this is a stunning property, wish we stayed longer!

Beautiful location, but in a very quiet area. Other than the resort there’s not much around. Mushroom bay about 15 mins walk away but the roads are rough and dark.

The air conditioning units can’t cope with the heat so even in your hut it’s incredibly hot until well after dark. Bugs everywhere, even with curtains around the bed I was bitten badly.Restaurant let down by the one woman with an attitude, felt like we were bothering her just by being there. Menu limited, quality average at best.Outdoor bathroom areas need some sort of air circulation, stiflingly hor even in the middle of the night.
