Staff are great. Room rates very fair. Breaky good.

No hot water. No fridge in room. 75 stairs up to get to room from reception/cafe/bar

The location was great - close to everything we needed and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was included and was good value for money.Check in was easy and the best was the comfiest we have had on nusa lembongan

The staff asked us on the day before we were scheduled to check out if we were checking out- when we confirmed with the staff and showed them our booking, the staff then said "our manager called and wanted to know when you were checking out." I had to then confirm with the staff that we were checking out.They asked us numerous times throughout the day if we were checking out, even though we had paid in full until the next day.We ended up checking out on that day and found alternative accommodation and cut our losses as we didn't feel comfortable staying when we felt like they were trying to push us out.

Rooms are looking a bit tired, bathroom a bit shabby.

The location was fantastic , the breakfast was simple but enjoyable the staff were allways happy and eager to help . The roof top bar was a bonus, all round a great spot

To many stairs to my room at the top of the hill.Mosquito's in the room and sand flys/midgees were annoyingMight have been due to the storms?Brekky was average. My poached egg tasted funny?But otherwise the bar/ restaurant is a perfect venue. Thanks Jerry and his friendly staff

Amazing location, good sized room

We got bitten by mosquitoes all night. They do not have mosquito nets over windows and there is an open glass window in the room and in the bathroom which can’t be closed. Mosquitos come through all night. The bathroom could be deep cleaned more.

The location and ocean view were beautiful

The room was not clean, there was mould in the fridge, the bathroom window was broken and closed with plastic bags, the bidet was leaking all over the floor, the shower had only cold water and barely any water coming from it. There was hole above the aircon in which multiple geckos kept coming into the room. We expressed concerns with this to staff on 3 separate occasions, the third time it was stuffed with a towel but this didn’t work. Geckos were also coming into the room through the broken window. There’s also a gap between the doors to the balcony even when it’s closed in which small animals can get through. We checked out after one night (we had booked for 3 nights) because we were not comfortable here at all. When we checked out, the staff told us we would find geckos in every hotel room on the island and “you will see”. We checked into another hotel, spent two nights and did not have this issue at all.

Most amazing view to wake up to yet not to and still has the local charm with lovely staffs.

Bathroom is quite outdated and whilst clean it’s “grubby” but the room itself was spacious.Gecko inside the AC unit was problematic in the early hours of the morning.

The room is nice, the view. The staff who take you to the surfing and fishing are nice, only them. The location is good.

The bathroom is not nice, there were cockroaches. The staff who checked us in and those who wait on the tables are not nice, they complicated the check-in, they spoke mockingly. The breakfast is very limited, we had to order more and pay to eat well. You have to climb a lot of stairs, the family room was the last one, and the elderly woman in the group was in that room.

The views are spectacular. The location is good especially if you like surfing. The restaurant has very well priced great food and again the view is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful and remember what room number you are right from the beginning.

The stairs are not for the faint hearted and you need a moderate level of fitness to conquer them each time you go to your room. My air conditioner barely cooled the villa but not all the rooms experience this so it might just need to be serviced.

Location, close to the fast boat I took and manta snorkel tour. Beautiful views, good sized room and comfy bed. Bottled water in the room each day. Restaurant and bar were great. Get the chicken Gordon blue and bruschetta. Happy hour cocktails. Margarita and mojitos were lovely.

Didn’t have hot water, but not a deal breaker considering the climate.

The views were spectacular The pool was devine The food was incredible and well priced. The staff were always friendly and willing to help The boys collected us from the boat and took all our luggage to our rooms We SUP surf and were able to leave our boards downstairs

The sliding door in Room was lockable sure but kept sliding thus allowing a gap that anyone could walk through. Headboard was very dusty does it mean it had not been cleaned for a while ? Also, perhaps cleaning the AC filter will help the AC run more effectively ?

Staff were very friendly. Views were amazing.

The property needs a revamp. It looks a bit tired. Shower was dirty. Balcony wasn't cleaned properly. There's construction going on at the accommodation and there was empty boxes, aircon units lying under all the balconies so you can see it all as you walk up to the accommodation.

Bungalow behind us could see straight into toilet n shower , no curtain for bathroom concrete window , . Shower drain didn’t drain fast enough and water would pool up at your feet , also some mould in bathroom . No small fridge to keep drinks cold or medication at required temperature
