    Pros +

    • Walking distance to beach and restaurants really quiet great value
    • A short walking distance from both the Mushroom and Hidden beaches. Roughly 10 minutes walking distance if you're coming from Mushroom Bay via one of the few fast-ferry services. Choose a ferry that arrives directly into *Mushroom Bay* rather than Lembongan Beach which is more than a mile away from this property. Flexible check-in time and friendly accommodating staff. A nice inclusive breakfast at this property served daily from 0730. The hut was comfortable with AC, kettle, fridge, enough area for hanging or storing items from luggage. The bathing/toilet area was enclosed, outdoors and boasted good space.
    • The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is a hidden gem…just steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. It’s also conveniently close to restaurants, and overall it’s a great value for the price.

    Cons -

    • The electricity needs to be regularly checked for all huts as my electricity shut off on 2-3 occasions over two days. I didn't have too many things plugged in and powered on, but it may have been the kettle that caused the outages. It was not a massive inconvenience and it only had to be flicked back on by the staff onsite from the main board. But it could be very inconvenient if it is very hot and humid outside, your AC goes off, and staff may not be immediately available to help you.
    • Nothing to complain about it
    • The pool tiles were too slick and 2 elderly family members slipped and fell. There should be better grip to prevent accidents.

Very secluded and quiet. The staff was friendly and the Hidden Beach is just a few steps away. Gorgeous views and serene.

The pool tiles were too slick and 2 elderly family members slipped and fell. There should be better grip to prevent accidents.

Close to the beach, quiet, and extremely friendly staff. Daily breakfast is simple but always enjoyed. You can hire scooters from the property for roughly 80K IDR per day which is super helpful.

It's hard to get things to dry, maybe some clothes lines to hang clothing on. Also, some fresh towels daily would be nice too.

Lovely property with fantastic friendly staff.

I didn’t have any hot water for 6 days . There were bugs in the mosquito net one night. There isn’t a restaurant or bar available.

Good for the price, very friendly and helpful staff

We had to walk through a jungle track to get to Mushroom Beach, although it was short it was very dark at night time

Cute & comfortable huts, lovely pool area and really friendly staff! Very calming space.

Mosquitos tend to get into the hut so we had to ensure to spray lots of repellent.

Although there was a little language barrier, the staff did their best to help us with both renting scooters, laundry ordering boat tickets and transport. It was a quiet area and the staff made everything feel very welcoming and safe. The location is super good, with some cute restaurants and spas in walking distance, and it is easy to rent a scooter and get around on the island. There are also some shortcuts to the beaches, and walking around and exploring these paths added to the "island experience". The pool was very cute!

A lot of mosquitos inside the hut, but since the bed had a mosquito netting it was okay. Since the bathroom is outside it was a little dirty and attracted some insects, but it added to the overall "Island experience" and wasn’t too bothersome. It is worthy to note that since it is a hut, it is not completely sealed so be prepared for mosquitoes, some water leakage on super rainy days, birds and dogs in the morning and some noise from the neighbors (these were not really huge problems, but something to be aware of).

Nice little pool and sunbeds, quiet in the evenings. It’s worth it to rent the new huts, they are more comfortable and completely closed, whereas the old huts are open so it’s hard to keep them cool and you will have insects in there. Staff is very friendly. We got a scooter for 80k from Agira Scooter Rental close by, the guy is great.

All huts would need some hanger for clothes. Water dispenser would be nice to avoid plastic waste. Noisy mornings since the kids of the owner are playing in the pool. Breakfast was served slowly so sometimes we could not eat before going on dives, one day it took 40 minutes to turn on the oven. The (hidden/secret) beach next door is full of trash and currents are too strong to take a bath. Mushroom Beach is a 20 minute walk since there is no direct way at the bay, you need to walk through the city. We expected the mushroom beach to be closer.

Great location super close to 3 different beaches, friendly and helpful staff, nice & quiet environment. Already recommended to friend and will stay there again next time.

Really liked it overall would just suggest more attention & care around pool area, chairs and umbrellas old and damaged, grimy pool tiles.

Pool n airco were great to keep cool. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

We had mice in the roof that freaked me out. They did provide another room on request.

Nice pool area and walk to beaches fast along rough track, further to Mushroom Beach if you take the road. Friendly staff, basic breakfast, fruit, coffee/tea and eggs & white toast. We were surprised when we arrived at scruffy surrounding area, owner and neighbour's need to tidy away the building materials and rubbish and would greatly improve the guest experience. But there's a lot of rubbish on island so this wasn't unique. We stayed in the old style hut, did not see the newer suites when I booked, must have been sold, there's a big difference in quality between huts and suites, the hut was basic and old, steep ladder steps up to room and to get to bathroom steep steps down at back, not great in night so wouldn't suit older guests. Prices are good value but I'd book a suite, not a hut, and the owner should differentiate more in the written descriptions and price the suites higher as hardly any difference in prices, but a vast difference in quality. As a hut guest I wanted to be in a suite and would have paid more! Staff friendly and worked keeping area clean and tidy and cooked breakfasts to order. Should show photos of a typical breakfast so guests know what to expect as it's not eggs Benny, granola etc. Small amount of fruit and eggs cooked to your choice, white sliced toast.

Huts old and basic, surrounding area on way to property needs a tidy up. Comments above. No clothes storage area so lived out of our cases.. Huts would benefit from safety deposits box and fridges too. Maybe owner is planning to refurbish Huts or build more new suites.

Staff was very nice. Close to secret beach and mushroom beach. The beach was not so clean.Room was OK for the price.

If you wanna go to main road, you need to rent a scooter. Specially during night because the small alley from hotel to mainroad is very dark.

    6DeedPosted on: 10-24-2024

The huts are unique as the bathroom is a steep staircase down from the living (1st floor" to the basement. An oddity but charming at the same time. Recommended for those who have transport or don't mind longer walks.

All good, so noOn the map it looks like you can walk to the beach, but it really is more like a 20-25 minute walk as there is not access to mushroom beach from up there.
