We loved our stay at Pondok Jenggala. The pool area was fantastic, very personal and quiet. Our room was cleaned every day. Loved the family run business which is located in fantastic close to restaurants, bars and lovely little shop next door for daily needs. Staff were fantastic, especially GADE, We have booked again for a stay next year. FANTASTIC. Thank You All.

Fab hotel in a great location on the island. However, the wifi needs improving and the location on booking.com map is incorrect so make sure to double check when arriving. In addition, it would be great if there was more of a bar / restaurant as Garlic Bread isn’t the most appealing.

We liked everything! The rooms were spacious, very clean, included everything we needed, nice outside terrace, good aircon. The hotel itself is in a brilliant location and had a lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds. The best part for us was the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Anything you needed, they would help with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Rooms are small, but cheap so I got 2 rooms next to each other.2 singles in one for teens, daughter and I in a double perfect. Both overlooking the pool.Location was central easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.Pool was deep, plenty of day bedsBreakfast was poor but enough for it to be free and included.Hoist was accommodating recommending activities that she arranged.
You had to buy water, maybe some free bottles when you arrive? Close to other vistors, baby cried all night. Curtains didn’t closed fully and you can see straight in When having them open everyone can see in your rooms no privacy
