Tamarind Beach Bungalows

Absolutely nothing.

I booked for 4 nights, and i couldn't handle 2 nights. It's really hard to say whether I liked something at Tamarind Beach Bungalow. The place looks like abandoned. The room was dirty. Breakfast was really poor and horrible and "too too too" far to be enough. I do not recommend the place unless you don't expect absolutely anything.

Nice staff, they help with everything you need. Nice pool, comfy bed.

Construction next doors, the rooms are older and sheets have stains, bugs and big spiders in the room.

Best location , number 1 staff, best cook and food , great facilities , amazing room

The view from my deluxe bungalow was beautiful. The view from the pool and restaurant was breathtaking. Garden was very nice and cleaned well every morning.

The sheet on my bed had a little hole but smelled well. The entrance to the hotel was old, actually everything there was dated. My room was huge but it needs to be painted.

Beautiful location, resort beautiful but could do with being updated, it's a very tired resort. Restaurant didn't have everything on the menu.Swimming pool needs a clean, we appeared to be the only ones staying.You need to do some work on the resort to bring your reviews up.No fridge in room, no complimentary shower gel or shampoo which makes it a nice touch when staying in hotels.Not only were the room dirty, the outside areas were dirty.The door to the bathroom didn't lock, which was odd because it's an outside open air room, that could be accessed if someone climbed over the outside wall.The garden was beautiful.

The position was good for us but we did have a scooter. Central to cafe and restaurants.just a short walk up the road.

It is a bit run down. Needs some repairs. Bathroom was quite smelly

The property is clean, the swimming pool with the view sea is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, love this place.

Bed mosquito canopy was moldy. Curtains dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable as there was too many local boys in the pool at night. Not ideal for a single female travelers.

the accommodation is by the beach, but it's a bit private, it's not a nice beach for swimming. it's kind of like a harbor. behind the hotel there is a large building under construction and it looks terrible. the whole complex looks like in the middle of a construction site. the only nice person is the old lady who works in the kitchen. the man at the reception is an egotistical local guy who can't be professional. right after arrival he was surprised that I didn't have cash to pay. I paid by card, but the price was higher because there is a fee for that. wifi didn't work there most of the time. He didn't know where to accommodate me at all, it's a terrible mess. I saw that the ladies after me had the same problem with him. very poor communication. he is arrogant and has poor English. I sometimes saw him just lying on the ground at the reception, unprofessional. almost nothing was available from the menu. the pool is big but it is divided into 2 parts, you can swim, but if you choose because there is a big pool for swimming, it is not entirely true. it is extremely chlorinated. I couldn't get the chlorine out of me.there was supposed to be a kitchen in the room, but it's not true no fridge, plate, knife, sink next to the bed, no kitchen

Great location although a lot of rubbish surrounding property. Breakfast very basic, rooms need improvement. Fans and TV didn’t work, bed sheets stained, no daily water for teeth brushing, minimal staff. Like basic hostel accomodation

unfriendly staff acted like they hated tourists. rooms were discussing so were bathrooms and in a rundown location with a rubbish dumb next to it

Great value, honestly We moved here because we had an issue at our other hotel and needed to find somewhere ‘rodent free’ - which I am happy to say this was during our stay!! This property has so much potential, it’s a great location, quiet, off on its own, but easy walkTo mushroom beach area and spas We loved the pool area and being able to order drinks at the pool Our room was very large and spacious and had a sink and huge mirror inside - lots of storage space G’day was friendly, smiley and helpful Deep deep pool with a ledge that my husband loved!

Breakfast is small - seemed like a one egg omelette- and left me feeling hungry - would be happy to increase price a little for another egg lolWe stayed three nights and two of those nights unfortunately the power went out around 1am for an hour or two - I woke up boiling hot both times - unable to cool down and sleep - one was a island wide power issue, not sure about the other time, it was fixed for the third night though Other than that all good, mushroom beach is a nicer beach (sand, swimming) but you cannot go wrong staying here for the price, value for money and comfort We would stay again
