location, pool with beach view

very poor customer service. No beach towel, wifi never works, no hot water ( someone fixed it and owner still decided to turn it off because of our room did not include ). Just very poor attititude that we have not experienced anywhere else in bali where everywhere we go , it is so friendly.Here, feels greedy (like turning off wifi and water to save money).Just not a nice , friendly family vibe.

great location, lovely beach and pool. It was a pity there was a lot of plastic washed up on the shore, sunsets fantastic

Simple but very practical.Comfortable bed, large bathroom.Quite decent breakfast.

Some improvements could be made. Two light bulbs in the room were out, which I mentioned to the staff.The mattresses could have a washable protection.The sound insulation is poor.The door is padlocked through two metal rings, but one of them was easily removed from the door so locking made little sense.

Location is fab. Great Warung next door and many restaurants along the beach on both sides Staff were great. Price was good.

Disappointed (and surprised) that the rooms didnt have any type of fridge. The one toilet for use by all guests when at the bar or the pool was rarely clean and didn't have toilet paper most of the time. The pool was very small and very cloudy when we arrived but was cleaned the next day.

Location is really good and general vibe is nice at the place.

Waited 10 minutes to check in for someone to walk over, look at a white board and say yeah youre good. Not sure why the other staff couldnt do this. There was no hot water. Cold showers only. No fridge in room so couldnt keep anything in the room. They were unsure how to call me a taxi when i asked and then told me it would be 15 minutes so just walked out front and hailed them. Bed is very hard. Room was clean when i checked in but once i was there for 24 hours the bathroom smelt very musty.

The location was very good. Staff were friendly. Sea food plate was very tasty.

Ben and the boys are great always up for a laugh and there when you need them...Alex is available daily or on WhatsApp and always returns your msg...love bungalow no7

Standard rooms have cold showers....

The location was good. Rooms were spacious. For the price it was fine. They offered good add on services at cheaper prices than the companies themselves so I'd recommend booking the rocky fast boat through them and a scooter.

The rooms smelt like mothballs and it was quite a strong smell. Breakfast not included and restaurant not open early even for a cup of tea. walls were pretty thin and other guests easy to hear. Didn't swim in the pool which was pretty small. It's not a fancy place but offered the basics and was fine for what I needed. A bed to sleep in at the end of the day.

In front of the beach . From the pool you can see the beach. Both sides of the accomodation have water front restaurants where you can pick . We stayed at room no 2 . Upstairs with both the ocean and the green hills views.

the view is absolute stunning, best location !!very close to jungut batu harbour, and its just separated by the wall with the famous la bianca

its very beautifull design, very bali vibes, very close to the beach, but the cafe is closed at night, so if you want to hang out at night you can go to the next caffee beside the hotelim confused with the door lock, cuz its not secure enough for me, beside that, everything was cool. the staff was very helpfull and friendly

Best spot in whole Lembongan. Great staff. Great value.

Bed sheets could be bigger and cleaned more often.

Sadly enough we were a bit disspointed in our accomodation. Firstly they forgot out pick up at the airport. We had been in touch beforehand and were told both Taxi and boat would be arranged for. Sadly no one was there at the airport and after my daughter contacted them turned out they had forgotten about it. We got a taxi on our own and were told it was going to be paid back, and it was but nog after them being annoyed we over paid the taxi driver apparently. We had asked for a room with seperate beds but turns out those do not have hot water. This is not mentioned on booking and we never received a message back. So we could upgrade (pay extra) for a family room with 2 beds and hot water.. The pool, which is a reason we picked this accomodation made the color of all of our swimwear go green. The wifi did not work through out our whole stay.The room was very basic, which is ok considering the price. But the hygiene was not ok. The sheets have nasty stains on them. In the fridge there was still take away from a previous person. The room was never actually cleaned and we stayed 5 nights. They only made our beds. On the sink there was a disgusting pool of brown water. Rooms are thin and the pub next door is loud. We stayed with 3 families and all of us had a hard time sleeping. I rented a scooter at 6pm in the second evening and got charged 5 days. Sadly we would not recommend. A lot of potential but we misses the love.

Amazing location for everything NL surf ferry food. Waterfront, stayed upstairs room huge deck. Had a gathering of friends for a bday. Staff very accommodating, thanks will return.

It would be good to have a little bar fridge in the room. Also a cushion or extra pillow for the bed.

The hotel and the services are incredible, ocean view from the windows or from their cafe Is mesmerising. You can spend the whole day sitting in their cafe area also the attraction places are quite near by just rent a scooter and roam around. I am so happy to stay there and spent qualitative and peaceful time. The service is also very nice ??

No rubbish bin in room, no kettle or tea & coffee, and no fridge. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. It's a massive bthrm with no towel rails or hooks or anything else. 1 coat-hanger on rail in bdrm. Food in restaurant not great. Staff were lovely

Don’t expect hot hot showers, but you don’t really need one it’s so warm here

Great location and the staff were all super helpful and friendly.Accommodation was simple but suited our needs with value for money being a winner!Sunset views were amazing and the restaurant cooked the fish we caught while spearfishing!
