Puri Nusa Beach Hotel

The property location is only 10-15 minutes from port. It was a very convenient location . If you walk across the pool , you can easily walk around the beach , there’s also high end hotels around the beach that you can just walk. Also if you go right you will have a beach side cafe . Overall if you dont want to spend that much money , but want the feel of beach , this is the place to live.

Well the hotel room wasn’t that clean . The bathroom was okay . The floor wasn’t clean .

Just a great location view of mountain Agung on a clear day and the beach front access is great!

The room didn't have beach view but garden

Mostly I liked the view of the sea and the mountains after the sea. Their resort was beautiful as well. The staff was great and helpful. The AC malfunctioned in our room, and after reporting to the staff they quickly changed my room.

There was no restaurant at the resort and I think they were short staffed. Maybe because my stay was within Eid Holidays. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Walking distance to the shops and restaurants, the beds are really comfortable, the pool is really nice. It is green and quite, very private. The staff is really nice, the fastest check-in ever. Pay cash in the property.

The beach is covered with dead corals and so not that swimmable. You have to ask for the room cleaning service everytime you need.

The beach is beautiful, clear water, luckily the neighbours had a beautiful beach bar where I could eat and rest

The room and bathroom is dirty lot of mosquitos and noisy guest that night I couldn't sleep ta all.

I hate everything, no facilities, very dirty, worst hotel of my life, i just left the hotel at night & took another hotel. Hotel is cheap but money is not everything. I went there after watching a youtube video called “petuk couple”, those people were stupid, giving so much praise to this foul hotel. Please don’t go there, not recommended for couples, you can go there with friends

Location is great and if you’re looking for a cheap place at the beach - that’s a good value for money. They didn’t clean our room even once during our stay. Changed sheets and towels because I asked and we stayed with a whole family for 7 days.No fridge, no any kind of tables or wardrobe in a room. Bed and bed tables - that’s it. Super empty.So if that’s ok with you - stay there, if not pay more to stay in Ped and beach front. Snorkeling right infront of you.

Worst Hotel with Cockroach, moldy, Very Dirty

- dirty many cakroach - water shower little u can't shower and salty- bathroom smell - roof moldy- Wall hv Hole- the boundary wall with the next room uses gypsum / plywood, so u can hear anything from another room, even though we hear small talk, there is really no privacy.- pool is dirty the floor is GREEN. And around pool have cakroach- no reception just 1 housekeeper in evening and he busy with phone dont care with guest. Asking for cleaning he dont want do, the oldest staff.- pillow small and hard, i ask 1 more they said dont have it extra pillow.- no water in room- no soap & shampoo- all anything in room, tv no working, glass dirty never wash.- AC not really cold- black out no electricity at 11.30 pm - 4am really hot no ac, in the afternoon black out 4x. Omg.- It seems the hotel owner doesn't care about his hotel. Just money. But not maintained.- if u still want stay there go book, but read all that i write and all is true, but if u DIRTY PERSONALITY AND LESS CARE YEAH SUIT FOR U.

Excellent value for money. Comfortable rooms, great location on beach and delightful staff.

Located on great beach but not a lot of choice of bars/Restaurants close by. The one thst is close (Tropic) however is excellent.

The I'm sorry to say it, but they should train a little more and provide better customer service. It's terrible, terrible organization, poor cleaning, even the hotel staff themselves don't know anything when you ask them. only good thing is the location.

I didn't like it at all, the room is full of bugs. They did not clean the room (and THEY DID NOT GIVE CLEAN TOWELS). We asked for them and they told us no. They finally gave us some after 2 days there. It didn't say anywhere that you couldn't pay by card only in cash, and if you're a foreigner you know the commissions they charge you for withdrawing. We had to make an international transfer (which cost us 30 euros more) and also after sending proof of payment it seems that they do not trust the payment and I keep receiving messages as if I had not paid, and they simply have to wait for the transfer arrives (obviously they have the official receipt).

The guys were so helpful, it was so relaxing, and perfect location, quite but yet minutes from great restaurants, shops and ATM’s
