Bromo Park Hotel

Comfy bed,good shower

No atm, no drawers in bedroom, not enough hanging place for clothes, only 1 char on balcony for 2 people, no fridge, no safe, menu needs updating, print more menus, breakfast menus never change, can¿t make international phone call

The location, the food in the resto quite good

Too pricey to pay for the rate with the dirty & old towel, bedsheet. Everything is not white but already become Grey colour. Not much of the amenities in the room. Not experienced staffs

Decent clean hotel which is walking distance from the train station and a good base for Bromo trips if you have limited time.

It's a bit soulless and seems overpriced for room with no proper window, hairdryer or fridge.

It's near the train station, the hotel restaurant was good, there was also a coffee shop around the corner not far, and we walked into the Sunday morning local market which was a nice surprise.

I stayed 1 night, everything was ok. Spacious room and bathroom. A balcony from which one can see the mountains in the distance. The train station was just a 13-mins walk, very convenient for catching an early train.

They asked for a 100k cash deposit for the key, which came as a surprise. On check out, reception staff said they need to check my room first. I explained that I was in a hurry as I had a train to catch. I waited over 5 mins but nothing happened, it was getting stressful. Eventually I had to explain again, after that they let me go. I think customer service could have been more efficient. The food in the hotel restaurant was average.

Modern Business Style hotel offering a good base to visit Mount Bromo. Check out possible until 12.

This was the only modern hotel in the town, great stop for Bromo sunrise tour, great location as close to train station if you want to travel to other destinations. Hotel was the only place where alcohol beverages were served.

Price is a bit too high comparing to other locations.

The location was close to the train station and the beds were comfortable.

Rooms were old and lacking. Ac had a hard time keeping up with the room and the bedside table was falling off the wall.

The staff was nice and very helpful. The bedroom was very clean. Near the station, 15 minutes walk. Restaurants, supermarkets right next door

Nice and clean with a comfy bed.Conveniently located close to the train station.Good service to Bromo mountain.

Not easy finding good hotels in this area. Bromo Park is a descent hotel that offers good value. The kids playroom in the lobby is a good addition and the parking is good. So, pretty good hotel!

Not enough restaurants in the area.

This is a good, clean hotel located in central Probolinggo. Staff were pleasant and helpful

Room is clean. Breakfast is nice with good selections.

Room is not sound proof.

Reception staff helpful, shower excellent

Noisy ac caused by door to balcony being broken and letting in all the noise from outside, including the 4am call to prayer. Slow service in restaurant.

Food at the restaurant was acceptable and reasonable.

Room is a bit small. The towels look old and dirty.

Spacious room, good breakfast, convenient location within walking distance from the railway station

Quite expensive for what you get, strange procedures at check-out, no pedestrian access from the street, had to use the lane for cars

Not enough and I was not able to get cappuccino without sugar if I don’t pay during breakfast

To charge me cappuccino during breakfast

Very modern and clean

Staff was not very helpful and made us pay extra for an extra mattress, when we had indicated that the room was for 3 people in the booking

- clean-

- restaurant made a lot of advertisements for special fish, but then it was not available - small room- town not really nice

Clean and well maintained. Staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet was OK.

We arrived very late at night and there was nowhere to buy things like aqua. A basic 24 hour service would be helpful.
