Breakfast okey , but the menu , not as much as usually because its a fasting month , maybe

When we ordered steak for dinner , a bit too long .And when breakfast , smells burn in the bubur kacang hijau or ketan hitam ...taste awefull

Location was good. Room was good size, nice and clean

Very friendly staff, good rooms, good breakfast, good location for Ketapang train station and ferry harbour, nice swimming pool, plenty of parking space

Men's shower at the swimming pool was broken. No towels provided for swimmers.

Breakfast was nice, mostly local delicacy, staff very helpful, i got high floor as i prefer.

The doors could be better, i could hear what everyone saying down the hall, the area is not really down town, not very convenient if you dont have your own bike/car.

The hotel is located good. The surrounding area is okay but I think the hotel was the best place to stay.Very friendly and welcoming helpful staff is there. Some of the staff was talkative and good in English too. The public are of the hotel is good. Restaurant at the rooftop has good choice of food. Breakfast is nice served at a different floor. Vegetable, sweets and local foods in buffet served.

Room was okay but the noice of the surroundings was little disturbing. In the bathroom there is no separation of the shower so you can make the whole bathroom wet during showering.

The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to help us and were very friendly. The breakfast was really good as well. We also enjoyed the pool a lot.

You see the hotel suffered in Covid times.Everything needs to have a bit of renovation. The swimming pool is nice, but the chairs need a new pillow, the wooden planks need to be replaced and the walls need a bit of paint. Same with the room, the bathroom is alright, but it needs a hard cleaning to look very nice again.

the reception forgot to return my wife's Indonesian ID card and we realised only after we left the hotel and reached Bali, our next destination. The hotel attempted to return the ID card and send it through courier service to our hotel in Bali but did not reached. We have returned to Nepal since mid August but my wife ID card is still nowhere in the status, either returned back to the hotel or not

none. so sorry..with the room rate other hotel perhaps will give more.

the cleanliness are awful. the bathroom layouting and the room are spacious but not effective. The Air conditioning not covered the room. The staff in a restaurant are very terrible when you order food and the service. definitely will not going back as hotel transit to Bali
