Hotel Santika Banyuwangi

Friendly staffsNice hotel

The bed is less comfyOther guests make loud noise at 06.40 in front of my room but it's not the hotel's fault

The hotel is very good with good service. The breakfast is very good with lots of options.

The area around the hotel is not good for walking. Sidewalks are broken and hard to walk in the evening.

The facilities. They have mini kids playground, fitness room, pool, various menu for breakfast

It quite far from ketapang harbour. Near to downtown

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

The food is not special but normal. It's a little expensive.Beer Bintang Small SizeRp.77,000

We loved the spacious room, which was really comfortable after our days exploring. We are at the restaurant for the three days we were there and it was great with vegetarian options which was perfect for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Irfan in the restaurant, who gave us amazing service. Would stay at this hotel again for sure.

The room was nice, with a fantastic view of Gunung Ijen in the early morning. The swimming pool was very good. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good.

Only rain shower, would have been helpful to have a flexible shower hose. A/C was not that cool.

The location , it is the heart of Banyuwangi, the food is Ok , the internet speed is good.

Good facilities, also gym . Good rooms, very comfortable and clean

Breakfast could be slightly better but nothing to be worried

Location and rooms were great. Recently renovated and well presented. As a young family it was good the restaurant was next to the pool so kids could play while others ate. Hotel has supplied a few water toys and a play area so this was also appreciated

Breakfast was little limited with less options and many items were sold out meaning empty plates. Some times like pasties were gone quickly and not refilled. We tried the room service and it was good. .

Very friendly and kind stuff. They are so helpfull every time.

I need to find a room where the Windows can be closed complete. Some rooms has wrong working windows ans the noise from outside - also if they start their pray - is to loud. After showing me 5 rooms I found one with good working windows.

Friendly staff . Good variety at breakfast . Good size room .

Mountain view side had traffic noise

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was comfortable.

Ants in room. Spaghetti bolognese was not worth the price.

Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful ! I reach hotel at 930am and I was really tired after mount ijen hiking. They allowed me to have early check in . In room dining food is good and affordable price . Room is clean , spacious and comfortable

the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

- Cleanliness could be improve. There was a carcass lizard trapped in the door frame - Spotting linen (duvet cover, bed sheet)- The breakfast experience was very awful, the food quality was tasteless and even the fruit was not fresh at all- Stain bathroom floor- Definitely not worth for the value

big hotel with a lot of facilities

my room wasn't so clean, hair was all over (not mine). the laundry service is quite expensive

staff, food and frill free

Toilets were little smelly

Breakfast variety and excellent taste as hotel standard, good service from the staff during breakfast- very attentive. I booked Superior and they upgraded me to deluxe room due to full house. This was a trip for my wife healing.

The basic room are well, very basic. Good thing they offered to upgrade us to superior rooms with is a little bigger but not that muchIncluded breakfast was goodReal 24h front desk with real securityBeds are comfyShower is strong

Tiny rooms but nice and clean.Large pool with no chairs, next to the check in counter. Not inviting. No umbrella or spots shielding from sun, at pool and also for the restaurant outdoor areaLobby area not cozy or inviting, no place to chill from the small rooms.

the toilet and and the room was clean, as Santika’s standard. All the staff were also so helpful and amiable.

the food, no fish option in every day breakfast. the salad was not fresh. the bakery was not better than the bakery you can buy in a street food vendor.

The location is quite strategic, the staff were excellent, but somehow the breakfast and the facilities was under the Sa
