- Friendliness of the staff
- The people were amazingly kind and genuine. The staff was the best part!
- The staff were amazing. There was an individual hotel employee who was very helpful with scheduling our excursions and all of our needs during our stay.
Cons -
- Loads of hidden fees, no hot water which is extremely unacceptable for a hotel like this, they control cabs like a cartel and gaslight you in price discrimination. Also they are completely unresponsive regarding any issues that require them to refund you.
- The food was terribly bland. Even the fine dining Fish Bar was void of and creative effort and the presentation was nonexistent. Very disappointed.
