Tanoa Rakiraki Hotel

The staff were amazing! They were very friendly and made it a point to learn our names. They made sure we had everything we needed.

Breakfast was good, but lunches and dinners were awful.

Staff were friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was good and good value for money. Room was clean, tidy and spacious.

I really appreciate that the staff are so helpful and friendly and could answer any of my questions.I originally booked for one night and ended up staying three. Suitable location for me to drive to family then come back to the room again.The food is great too with tasty vegetarian options when I didnt want to eat meat. My room 207 is perfect as it is at the end of the row and upstairs. Lots of parking too - thank you. Choice music selections too.

Room was clean and spacious. Food at the restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order. Staff were friendly.

Room had one outdoor chair only- room had a balcony. Staff did provide a second one on request. Pool communal are was blocked off for conference each night.

The property was generally very neat and clean. Gardens are well looked after. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed having some pizza and swimming. We only stayed for one night as we passed through. But for the price we paid, we were very happy.

Food options not great.

The perfect accommodation on the Kings Road, well appointed with extremely helpful seeking to ensure you had a great stay. We enjoyed our lunch, dinner and breakfast.

The room was clean and a bathroom modern and spotless. We stayed just one night. We had dinner at the property's restaurant and the food was really good. The breakfast was good as well.

We talked to a person at the front desk about a possibility of visiting a close by island for a few hours (Nananu-i-Ra) and were told that it was not possible that the island has been under renovation. We took our chances, drove to a local dock and got a ride to the island without any issues. Perhaps it was a language barrier between us and the front desk person?

Perfect distance between Lautoka and Suva. Clean and friendly.

Very central and easily accessible. Well maintained and the landscape is beautiful. Room is basic but very clean.

Breakfast was not well stocked - had to ask for additional items to be brought.

Restaurant menu needs more varieties of food

Location excellent, being able to have meetings during the afternoon was most helpful.

Breakfast was poor, service slow, poached eggs were not drained, selection at buffet was very limited, no serving utensils, no plates, no cutlery

We had come out to have breakfast and left our bags and handbags in the room . While we were having breakfast, someone had come in our room to clean and and removed only towels from the room. However we had not checked out at as the checking was at 10.00am. We noticed that the cleaner or whoever had entered the room had removed $100.00 AUD from my daughter's handbag. I have reported this to the Fijian lady in the reception and she took my details to look into it but so far I have heard nothing from them.

The management and staff are wonderful. New Years Eve party hosted by the Manager for the staff members was amazing and staff enjoyed themselves together with guests. The whole team is well looked after by management. Would like to make special mention that I had forgotten part of my luggage and the staff organised a courier and couriered the item to me by packaging nicely. Very friendly and nothing is too much of a ask.

Breakfast was average. Location was good. Well kept property.Staff were friendly and helpful. Good for short stays.Great to see the property, surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees.

Keeping the grounds watered

Great room, clean and comfortable and very easy to find location. Staff is very friendly. Overall there was a great vibe. Very friendly and social hotel guests as well.

Restaurants in the area close rather early. Investigate beforehand and go to dinner timely. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel food. Try Getaway Fastfood or the Golden Point Resort (love their homemade drinks!).

Much better than the last time I stayed

Stray dogs need to rbe controlled. Room service needs to improve, timing, not the food.

The staff are amazing. The location is perfect. The food is great.

They need a mocktail menu for people like me who don't drink alcohol. They also need to revamp their breakfast, something like tanoa lautoka.
