Biloela Countryman Motel

Great spot. Friendly staff, facilities were fine

At $150+, was a bit pricey for a "roadside motel"

Its been a few years since I have stayed at this motel. Check in was lovely and very personal, our rooms were on separate bookings, but Brian kindly created a single invoice for rooms and meals which makes my admin much easier. Two nights in town and the Countryman had everything that we needed. Bonus points for real Norco milk in the fridge for coffee.

Housekeeping from previous guest could have been to a higher standard on initial check in. Second day room service was much better attention to detail.

Clean and tidy for quick overnight stay passing through the town.

Good to be in a cabin and have a kitchenette. The room is old and dated but is very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning works well.

Large room

Being woken by lawn mower at my window at 7:30 and kept going on and off until we left. The bathroom door was sticking and made a loud noise waking everyone any time somone went to the toilet.Room was like a sauna upon arrival.

Decent size room but the building felt as if it had another use before being a motel.

Your car is quite a distance from your room to carry your luggage to over a gravel road. The entrance was around the back of the property then you had to find a corridor to enter which your room was along.

Comfortable bed, undercover parking, lovely, helpful staff.

The lady at reception was amazing, I had had car trouble and when I finally arrived she did all she could do to alleviate my stresses. Her kindness is a wonderful asset and it is because of her, I will stay there again.

the staff were very friendly and helpful and the dinner was fantastic. The room was clean and the shower was great.

A little disappointed

The owners were an absolutely lovely couple and very helpful but unfortunately facilities were very outdated and over priced for what it was . Desperately needs updating . I’ve paid a lot less for better so it was way overly priced for what you get

Restaurant was not open and no breakfast available on site but there is an amazing bakery in town called Rise which opens at 4am each day and we had dinner at the rsl each night which was good also

Location was great, staff friendly

Rooms were old and very thin, doors had gaps under and the restaurant was not open on sunday which is what I look for when booking accomodation.

Cramped, old & outdated, could clearly hear voices etc in adjoining room. Also, our room didn't match the online pictures at all.

Super clean room. Comfortable bed. Microwave in room.

Base of kettle was rusty inside so made my coffee in the microwave
