On arrival, we were told we had been upgraded. The room we were given was comfortable, the bed was good and everything was very clean. The shower was big and had a good rosette, no sprays but the bathroom small. Plentiful tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Cons -

We weren't given a room with a microwave and fridge. We had booked a cabin to have those things and one wasn't available and we were upgraded to a regular motel room, this meant we couldn't make our own meals.
