Biloela Hotel

It was a great, clean, comfortable, neat historical building. The staff are super friendly and the food was great! I loved having the balcony to sit out on.

Carrying my luggage up the stairs lol to be expected in a historical building tho.

The bed was comfortable

The room was next to the community bathroom with a swinging door , that door interrupted my sleep constantly.There were only two toilets and 2 showers to accommodate numerous guests mostly mine workers.My meal was terrible, I don't usually complain but they had to know that my chicken Snitzil was dry hard and over cooked .

My room key opened another room. I wasn’t paying attention and went to another room next to mine and my key opened their room.

Booked online, 5 hour drive, called hotel to advise ETA, asked about restaurant closing time, cutting it close - end result my perfectly cooked Med Rare 400g Rump was served within minutes of arrival.Accommodation in old part of hotel has it charms, love the old verandas, perfectly adequate for my overnight stay.Staff all friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.Will be back next week for work.

Street parking for work ute but all good, sleepy town.

Love the old style hotel accommodation. The bedding was very comfortable, hot water did its job, aircon worked well and it had everything we need in our room.

A bit of noise from below with the doosh doosh music and room could do with block out curtains as our room was lit up like the Burj Khalifa at night.

Close to everything and staff were friendly.

The fan didn't work the air con was lower then bed not working properly. Shower could of had a good bleaching

Lovely pub, recently renovated. Good ac in the room, tv, comfortable bed.

Communal howers could be a tad cleaner, but it's was fine, everything else was exceptional.

Cheap for the area and the room was clean and pleasant.

Room cheaply done Box aircon did not cool room.(Should have split system as it is 2025 not 1995.Tv remote did not work.

Room only - no breakfast. As this is a pub - toilets down the hall. All was fine - manager excellent.

staff were helpful. the bed was comfortable. it has been renovated. it was surprisingly quiet. may change on a Friday to Sunday. it is a pub after all. they have done a great job on the reno of the pub itself.

the a/c was old and i couldn't lower the fan speed. a minor matter

The location was very good, and parking was easy. I had dinner there and the food was tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to go in and out without having to walk through the bar.

The bathrooms need a massive overhaul and the shower doesn’t drain water, it’s hard to adjust the water temperature. Please renovate.

Easy to find and comfortable. Facilities were good. I ate a meal there and very tasty.

The staff member, who was my first contact, was abrupt bordering on rude. Had to be told to show me around and where to find my room by another staff member.
