Location good, unit is older style but was comfortable and clean. Good value for price paid.

Loved the little villa for the privacy - also very quiet with no shared walls or ceilings.

fantastic location and great amenities . Loved the free upgrade which was amazing for me and 3 kids. Made it much more comfortable while our flooring was being done in our house :) well equipped villa with private Parking was good.Right by the beach, perfect to watch a sunset. Walk along the park to the skate ramp so bring the scooters for the kids !! Woolworths only up the street with coffee shop bakery etc.

The property needs a bit of a tidy up and the driveway entrance needs some work as it's a pretty steep gutter/driveway. Id suggest checked plate or even temporary timbers to make it a smoother entrance/exit. ?

Only complaint was the very large 4WDs parked either side of our room. Much slamming of heavy car doors at all times of day and night. Maybe a note on each door asking people to be more considerent concerning this.

Was so lovely, they upgraded our room so generously and also as it was our wedding night left us a bottle of champagne. I would very much recommend you stay here if ever in the Boyne Island/Tannum Sands area

Need blackout blinds for windows a/c units have temperature displays on units creating light at night

Lovely little villa, nice decorative garden, very helpful manager, tidy, and spacious and good location. Reasonably priced

This motel was clean and tidy and yes did serve us well, however it could do with a full renovation, very out dated fixtures and fittings. The bed was very comfy (soft matress) and car parking under roof directly outside your door.

The room was a bit out dated TV was really slow and didn't load anything there was really bad lighting and the car parks were difficult to get into as they were diagonal but overall its a good place to stay for a night or 2 don't let my opinion change your mind ?

Loved the location, it’s really good for if you want to stay a few days to go fishing as it’s extremely close to the water.

Was a lot of dust in the rooms and lint still on fans and air vent and also in the corners of the rooms and skirting boards. Not sure if room sat for awhile before new guests checking in..

The location was good being so close to the water and also many walking tracks nearby.

My only suggestion would be for a larger bed in the main bedroom, especially with husband being a tall larger man.

Very much in need of a makeover. I booked it because Booking.com advertised it as 4 stars but it was more like 2 stars. Bathroom vanity was very shabby and the decor was very 1980s. There was also villas on the property which looked good but I wasn't given the option to book them

The location was amazing; right on the river. Our room was clean and tidy; beds were comfortable.

The room was little dated; a few dents and marks on the walls; it could have done with a little upgrade but for one night it was just fine. Smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling. Damage deposit required at check in.

Very quiet and peaceful location just a short stroll to the beach. Beautifil gardens and palm trees surround the area which makes it feel very private. Very clean accommodation, comfy beds and everything else you need.

Close to the mouth of the river and close to several parks including the skate park. Very quiet and peaceful, not far from shops, including McDonalds.

There wasn't anything that I thought was off.

It was within walking distance to beach and park.

The pool closed at 6pm.

The room was a nice size it was clean the bed was comfortable and the pool was great for Grandchildren on a hot day

The ledge behind the bed was too low as we kept hitting our head when sitting in bed watching TV The bathroom vanity was way too low so uncomfortable cleaning teeth and washing face The tea and coffee supplies were very minimal We only had four small pots of milk and you needed two in one cuppa to make decent drink
