No security screens on doors or windows. Unable to leave windows or doors open at night to take advantage of the beautiful breeze.

Loved our stay - good sized room, great pool that my kids loved, very friendly staff, heaps of grass to take the dogs for a walk on right outside the room. Would stay again.

Decent size room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the lawn area was big enough to play pass. Easy access to room with parking right near the door, perfect for unloading on arrival and packing on departure

shower needs a curtain, shower head in a weird spot every shower meant water all over the floor, bathroom door also didn’t lock. Funky smell coming from kitchen sink so we made sure to have bottled water on hand.

Bbq pool area was the hit. Family had their dinners for every night

Family rooms are a bit small

Love Reef Adventureland. Affordable, rooms are great and would like to give a big shout out to Katrina, the Manager. Warm and welcoming. If you are ever in Tannum Sands, stay here.

Location was Excellent as we were travelling through from North Queensland to Gold Coast with our small 8 year old poodle who was very welcomed by our host as were we with very comfortable and clean facilities. Thankyou!

We had an adjacent unit with a family staying same time with their big bulldog who was not kept on his lead at all times as per the rules outside their unit and who decided to visit us whilst we were sitting outside with our small dog. When their big dog had popped over to us he decided to go ahead and intimidate our dog, eat all her dinner and we had to take charge of removing their dog from our outside area as only the child was present without adult supervision. Our dog didn't get to eat as her dinner was demolished by the other dog. Shortly after the Adults turned up, didn't apologise after being told what had happened and took their dog over to the pool confines to have a swim, again without a lead and in the pool area which gave us no option to be able to remain seated outside our motel room with the comfort and knowledge that our dog wias with fear of their dog returning for a further visit. That then restricted us from enjoying the facilities on offer and we then all kept inside, nice and safe without causing a drama.

One night stay on a road trip north. A friendly very clean stay. Short 5 minute walk to shops.

The personal service received by the manager Katrina was just amazing. She was extremely helpful and accommodating, she couldn't have offered any better service. The rooms were renovated and very very clean, you could see the effort staff put in. Would highly recommend this property for an upcoming stay!

We liked the pool, and our grandson was impressed with the spacing of the palm trees on the lawn to be football goals. Very friendly and helpful lady on reception.

Staff (owner?) was lovely and allowed us to check in early. Very clean. Lovely view from balcony. Small kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave and hotplate was handy.

Mattress was very soft and sagged a lot in the middle. Would have liked a shower curtain or enclosed shower.

Staff were extremely friendly, room was great value for money and it was quiet even through on a mainish road

Great location, the lady manager on site was amazing. Also travelling on the road with the can. She maid is aware of the free laundry , brand new washers and dryers all free was great.Pool was beautiful

Sooo friendly, great layout of the grounds for the dog. The pool and spa was fantastic and the room has a lot of space. Air con was efficient and quiet at night.

Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, and good kitchenette/barbeque facilities. Really great value for money. The staff and owners are lovely. Very well located with close by supermarket and eateries.
