Owners were amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Opposite a beach. Clean and comfortable.

Genorous portions of tea and coffee. Place, although old, was well presented. Friendly staff.

right across the beach, beautiful view, and very quiet too.

Stayed at Kinka Palms Motel and couldn’t be happier. The hosts were super friendly and made me feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was genuinely relaxed. Perfect location near the beach, too. Honestly, it’s a clear 10 out of 10 from me—would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday stay. A very comfortable bed , clean and quiet. The laundry facilities are fantastic . Nice clean bathroom, kitchen and a great BBQ area . We will definately visit again. Thank you Louise.

location was good , easy parking even with a trailer and unit was comfortable with everything provided for cooking for ourselves

hardly any optus or telstra phone service therefore internet was also not good. we had some online work to do so was a problem.

Stayed here a few years ago and it wasn't great. However, now it is so clean, modern and comfortable. It is presented really well and the staff were so friendly. Beautiful location in yeppoon. It is very easy to get too and the rooms are very comfortable

It was comfortable and clean. The attention to detail with the kitchen equipment was great. The pool was lovely to relax in.

I've stayed there before. It's great to know the high standard of cleanliness and little extra comforts. It's fresh, recently renovated and is reasonably priced for an over nightstay. We live a few hours from Yeppoon so it is a great choice when we visit our child for boarding school.

The lady was so lovely and friendly the all motel and grounds was beautiful and the best was amazing the softest bed i have ever slept on . I highly recommend staying there.

Everything! The location is fabulous just across the very quiet road from the beach. Everything and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The facilities were outstanding including a generously sized pool long enough to swim in not just take a cooling dip and very comfortable and well equipped external BBQ and lounge area. Even the laundry room was so well equipped, clean and external drying area and pegs provided. Our twin bed room was beautifully styled and well designed with generous sized single beds and the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever!! Our hosts had thought of everything a traveller could possibly need, even salt and pepper! Parking is available very close to each apartment which are all on ground level so transfer of luggage was very easy.

The bed was too soft so not a comfortable sleep and the shower head was damaged so no adjustment.

Unable to give a fair explanation as arrived in the dark,in terrible weather and had to leave fairly early the next morning. Very clean and welcoming owner

Everything was fabulous. Room was lovely with a little patio to sit out. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice little pool too. Right across from the beach. So nice we stayed another night!

Bit close to the road but didn't really bother us at all.

Beautiful motel, very modern with great amenities and super clean and comfortable rooms. Also nice and quiet town with a lovely hike close by.
