Location was great. Loved walking on the beach. Room was great with a comfortable couch, and couch. Great outside area and close to town

The location is a amazing and everything was clean and well looked after

The beds weren’t comfy at all and also the bunk my kids at to sleep in was worse and also made a lot of noise.Also no air cons in the bed rooms and the fan in the kids room didn’t work

Nice big room with two large beds. Quiet location.

Small sugar ants go into everything left on the kitchen bench.

was a great location my family enjoyed the stay, cottages were quite comfy too.

couldn't use the Wi-Fi at all they need to improve on this.

Magnificent park!! Perfect location with the beach right on the back door step and close to everything. Very clean. The pool was Fabulous!!! Loved it!! Highly Recommend!!!

We like everything, had a tent accommodation right on the beach front it was so wonderful, wanted to stay a bit longer at he property but had to leave due too work

I like everything about the place, Staff was very understanding to receive us as we booked for the wrong day and arrived earlier , so great!

The Villa was nice and clean and the pool and k8ds water park were great. We rented some pedal bikes and rode around the park. Kids loved it. Would definitely book here again. Next time I'll bring some fishing gear as the beach was beautiful

Location, good shower

Pillows were worn out and need replacing The TV was a Monitor and didn’t have all channels. The neighbours were noisy and smoked 24 hours / day, as well as feeding possums which scurried across the roof ….

I stayed in one of the glamping tent right in front of the ocean with magnificent ocean view. Sunrise and sunset views were breathtaking! Comfortable multiple beds enough for a big family or friends. Tent had plenty of power outlets, nice kitchenette, spacious dining/ lounge. Amazing public facilities for bbq, kitchen, swim pool. Friendly staffs and mainly the toilets and bathrooms 10/10.

Love the location. It was great waking up and hearing the Kookaburras and Rainbow Lorikeets while sitting on the balcony having my morning coffee. The Beach was just a very short walk through the park and it was picturesque. Our room was located by the pool and the splash park which the kids loved and I didn't have to go far to watch them. The location wasn't far from a small shopping centre so every thing was rather close by. The staff where amazing we arrived a little later that first planned and we had an issue with our key but they were very prompt to have it sorted out. We will be coming back with our next stay in Mackay.

The lights that light the walkway from the villas to the carpark don't stay on all night. We left rather early in the morning while it was still dark and it would have been easier if the pathways were still lit.

No showers at cabin

The location was great and not too far from shops and restaurants. There were plenty of activities for kids and adults and the staff were very friendly.

Wasn't super clean. Soap bar (not ours) on top of shower frame and also hairs.

The kids loved the water park, pool and beach. They were making friends all over the place.

It was a great stay.
