The location and facilities were great. The kids loved the pool. The layout of the accommodation was great.

Sheer curtains in the bedroom meant it was bright all night.

Perfect distance from the central area. Great view and a lovely swimming pool.

Hot tub, spa bath and views from the penthouse balcony, alone with clean and roomy facilities. Quiet and comfortable.

The 3 bed penthouse was spacious for a family of 5 with the bonus of 2 carpark spaces. The apartment was very quiet and the apartment was well appointed. The pools were great with one long enough for laps. The carpark was easy to access and use compared to other complexes where the parking can be pretty tight. The complex was well maintained. We loved the huge deck and spent alot of time taking in the view.

The apartments were quite, pool was fantastic, secure parking onsite and a large apartment with all you could need in a convenient location, spacious balcony with beautiful views

If I’m being picky… it was a little dusty upon arrival, mattress in master definitely needs an upgrade, charged $50 for checking in two hours early only to find one of the rooms were still locked and it took some time to have staff open. But all in all, very little to dislike - would recommend and would definitely return

The view is amazing. The rooms were great, spacious, modern & very comfortable. Very easy & quick walk to the main st through Woolworths car park. We thought it would be difficult walking back up but it’s quite short distance. Nice quiet private place too.

The wifi was sometimes slow or cut out but nothing major. Still streamed tv to watch.

The apartment was the perfect size with lots of space for all guests.From the balcony we had a beautiful view out to the Whitsundays.The facilities were very good, we used the barbecues, pools and gyms. They were all very clean.The television was huge and the sofas were very comfy.Air conditioning and fans in every room was great.

Great location views and layout.

There was a rotten sausage left in the microwave. General cleanliness wasn't very good. There was gum stuck to the bedside table. Dust on bedroom wall. Bathroom taps were covered in white residue. Wifi could be improved.

Spacious.

My second time at the property, but remember is being cleaner the last time. Wouldn’t stay again. Also the WiFi was poor.

The view from the apartment was excellent. The apartment was also very spacious and modern which was nice. Beds were comfortable, as were pillows. I liked that there were a few starter bits in the apartment, such as olive oil, salt, pepper, cling film, toilet rolls, soap etc. As we were only staying for 4 days this was a great help as it meant we didnt need to buy any of those bits.

The hill up to the apartment was very steep (not the apartments fault i know but just to warn people!). I also found the cleanliness of the apartment was not great, the table was dirty, there was a ball of dark hair in the kitchen sink (random I thought, it was like someone had washed their hair or their hair brush in the sink!) Also, the three bedrooms were supposed to be open and ready for us, however only two were accessible when we arrived. One bedroom was locked. We had to go back down to the receptionist and ask her to open it. We were supposed to receive our deposit of €200 back after 6 days and a month later we still havent received it. I was told there was a glitch in the system and that it should be released shortly, a week later I still dont have it so I am still awaiting that which is a bit disappointing. The top pool goes straight over onto the bottom pool which sits a level below, slightly dangerous with kids so you do need to keep a close eye on them. I would advise no floaties in the pool as we saw one go over the top pool and hit people in the pool below one of the days we were there. It would have been a nice extra to have a BBQ on the balcony of the apartment but there were BBQ's down by the pool area...... it would just be easier to have it outside the door instead of 2 levels down.

Spacious apartment with a great view. Good parking possibilities.

It was extremely dirty, the apartment was defiantly not cleaned properly. There were leftover socks, scrapes of I don’t know what on the sidetables, dust and stains everywhere. Leftovers in the freezer, hairs of different colors in the bed. I spent the first night on the sofa due to non reachable management. The lady at the reception was friendly but overwhelmed and told her coworker she didn’t know how to handle a situation like this. After getting new sheets the following day, the rest stayed as is. Management responded via email after a day, saying the stains are „due to hard water“. No. Until now there’s no sort of compensation.

Great location, big apartment and a lovely pool.

There was no fan in the bathroom and the bathroom was dirty when we arrived, especially the shower and floor.

Good location but was pleased we hired a car to get around to explore the area.

Accomodation was advertised as supplying toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner)there was only one days supply for 2 people. We were a family of four and stayed for a week.

Beautiful apartment, great views, nice pool and close to the centre.

There’s no pavement for part of the walk to the centre, though that’s no fault of the property. It meant that we tended to take the car and park it in the overflow car park behind Coles. As the property is up a steep hill you wouldn’t want to do it with a pram or very young kids.
