Nice water park and animal farm

Abit far from airlie beach without car but there is nearby bus stop

The pool and slides were fun. The place seems well run with lots of activities.

We were in a small cabin, 4 nights with the family in each others pockets was enough!

Slides where great. A heated spa would also be great. The curtain in the cabin for privacy was great. Golf was also great.

Longer child care activities. A different shower head would be of better use. Possibly a hand held one. Clean bath towel delivery daily would of been great instead of requesting for them.

Beautiful facility - green and well-maintained with plenty of amenities.Very nice cabin and shower. Fully-equipped kitchen.

10 minutes drive to Airlie Beach. Not a problem, but not a walking distance.

Beautiful resort very clean. There were so many things to do. Love that everyone on the resort followed your rules, especially cars driving through, it was so safe for the kids.

I honesty cannot say that there was anything I didn’t like about the property. It was beautiful and so comfortable to stay at.

Cabin was great. With lots of activities for the kids. Staff were friendly & helped with some external activity recommendations. Pool, water slides & play areas were well maintained. Loved the guest food trucks that came to visit & how we could catch a .50 cent bus into Airlie.

I want to mention STEPHANIE and ASH, from reception, never have I met such people orientated, caring staff who go above and beyond! Customer service can make or break your business, to me it's the most important thing! You can have wonderful facilities, but means nothing without the experience of amazing staff at the centre of it all, or you wouldn't return. All other staff were lovely I came across too.

Cabin was mouldy, pool needed a serious clean and chemical check

We loved that there was so many amazing facilities for the kids. The rooms were tidy.

We found a pair of used underwear under the bed and hairs on our pillow

First time visiting the park, stayed in what appeared to be a brand new 3-bedroom cabin. The service, cleanliness, park facilities exceeded my expectations for a holiday park. This park has become a new favourite for our growing family.

We found no negatives for the park :)

The rooms were excellent and the service made us feel like we were in luxury the staff from the front desk were professional and excellent to deal with the facilities were amazing we will be back

The kids loved the slides. Love the food truck dinners with different food each day and the food caravan with the nice ladies and tasty snack and coffe

Kids activities and facilities are great

The second time we have been here and this time again we walked into our cabin and it smelt of mould…. Same thing Happened last time. The studio cabins need a good freshen up and clean. Mould spots everywhere and on the blinds .

Good for little kids. The water park is very impressive. Kids love it.

There are too many mosquito bites. I just can't handle it.

That we couldn’t change the dates of our stay and big 4 insisted on no alternatives or refunds due to booking through booking.comWe got very lucky to get home while the highway was open Sunday morning.

Where to start and what to write. Brilliantly designed for a family stay. Everything that you want for stay was in the unit. AC, Main Bed and Bunks for Kids. Iron/ board + Cutlery/ Utensils + Electric Cooktop. But leave all of this aside and the overall experience of living in the resort is simply out of the world. I stayed in resort when there was rain all day ( 120mm Day1, 132mm Day2 and it was flooded everywhere even Bruce highway was closed) and was not able to do alot of activities outside but the activities in resort made it worthwhile paying for it.

Mattrice for main bed could be better. One literally sinks in the bed once lying down.

The slides and pools for the kids and the cafe were excellent

The bathroom inside the cabin needs a better design. After showering the entire bathroom floor was wet so using the toilet and vanity after shower was unpleasant.

First time staying at Big 4 Adventure Whitsundays, and it exceeded my expectations! ? The water park was an absolute highlight—so much fun for the whole family. The facilities were spotless, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back! ?

To be honest, everything. Awesome facilities for kids and adults. Water park is something else. On-site coffee and different food trucks most nights was a bonus. Highly recommend ? They gave us plenty of advice on mosquitos, but we didn't encounter any.

The Bush Stone Curlews (bird) is hilariously disturbing with their calls.

The organisation and extras eg groceries able to be delivered and in cabin before arrival. Consistent communication re events.
