Pleasant staff. They dealt with most issues promptly.

Still waiting for refund from faulty dryer not working. No return phone call from Kipara Resort.

The price was just right for what it is. We were after simple but nice due to not being in the room for most of the days we were there.

There was nothing.

Amazing and friendly staff, rooms were very tidy and comfortable like staying in your own little home in the rainforest, very calm and relaxing. Beds were all very comfy aswell not what you would expect :)

Basic but good hot shower and clean bed. Good value for the price.

The trees and gardens were nice

Mould, cabin was on a tilt, screen door didn't shut properly, pool water was hot and murky. Bed was very uncomfortable, couch was dirty and the removable sofa cover zip was broken.

Kipara was a great option for our family of 4. Close 3 min drive to Airlie beach and the marina.

The midges were out but we had bug spray thanks to the helpful note from the receptionist before checking in.

Had shampoo, body wash, microwave, kettle, toaster, milk and all utensils you need in the cabin. We ended up not needing to use shared kitchen facilities but were very impressed by them and saw an air fryer there! Pool area lovely. Bed very comfy and no noise at night. Bus stop short walk away and only $1 for a day pass. Staff very nice. We checked back in for an additional night. WiFi worked fine in our cabin.

Poor breakfast, but really very little stuff, I prepare it better. And on top of that you have to clean the things you use, meaning you pay to have breakfast included and on top of that you have to wash your own dishes, absurd. The pool is horrible, very small and the water is not more than a meter and a half deep. Horrible. The room or rather the cabin needs a renovation. There is no connection. For what I paid, I paid a lot.

The resort had a wonderful vibe, very peaceful and relaxing

The cleanliness of the cabin, floor was a tad grubby and the bin hadn't been cleaned for some time

I appreciated that staff was responsive

The WiFi didn’t reach my room. You can’t say you have WiFi on Booking when not all the rooms have WiFi. The location was a 35-minute walk from Airlie Beach.

The property had no extra service. We weren’t provided dental kit. Even fresh towels were not provided daily.

The beds were really comfy and the swimming pool was nice on a hot day.

The floors in the cabin were really dirty. The parking was a problem as there’s not enough space for all the cars during holiday season. The breakfast that was included in the price was not something to get exited about.

Initially our room was ridiculously small but we upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit which gave us somewhere to eat and sit. Much better for 4 night stay.

The tiny Queen bedroom with nowhere to sit apart from the bed...too small and impractical.

Didn't start well when she said it's not our best room.Nice location, the look of the room was ok..Air-conditioning spat out water all night. Woke up and saw the AC unit had dribbled water down the wall and soaked my pillow. Got out of there before the reception opened. Not a great stay

Absolutely avoid. In three months in Australia, this is my worst accommodation. Lots of faulty equipment, the room wasn't really clean when I arrived, the laundry room was in a disgusting state. Dishonest staff who tried to charge me for a key... in short, go elsewhere.

The calm, the bungalow was confortable and modern

Not enough ustensiles and pans in good condition in the shared kitchen We couldn’t warmed a meal in the owen because we didn’t have any suitable plate

ABSOLUTELY LOVED so clean and lovely modern facilities and room amazing kitchen with everything you’d need really brilliant staff comfortable bed good wifi

there were ants in our room when we arrived and they didn’t leave and got in our food

The ubication is very nice because you can rest really really good. Also, you have the bus stop very closer to the resort to go and come back from Airlie Beach.

The small amount of cutlery and kitchen utensils available.Adding a couple of options in the breakfast like wholemeal bread, more yoghurt/jam options, and butter would be very very nice.
