The check in was easy and the front desk was great

This location was the absolute WORST. There is some sort of raging club across the street blaring music all night long and you Hera drunk kids outside all night too.

Customer service was lovely.

The room was a bit small but that was advertised. The ocean view isn't unobstructed, you have to look through a carpark of backpackers in their vans.

Was billed for ferry even though description says airport shuttle included.

The staff were first class and extremely helpful. While the rooms are small they are very modern, clean and have everything required. Nice balcony off the rooms overlooking either the Main Street or the water to the rear. Great location, easy parking behind the hotel. Great location to stay. Close to all restaurants etc

Great location

Small room with high cost. Because of good location, it was noisy enough interrupting good quality of sleep over the weekend. Young fellows from near bar and club were yelling and making noise.

The stay it’s self was amazing, however a day or so after I left I got a charge of $50, when I questioned them on the reason I was told it was the “state of the room” i then asked what this “state” was and was told it would be investigated and since then they will not reply to my emails and tell me. I assume this state is all the stains that were on the floor when we entered the room, which I took photos of luckily, the roof also started to leak which we informed reception on when we checked out as it had only started about an hour before when we had woken up maybe they are trying to say that that is also our fault because we can make a roof leak can’t we…

Hotel is well positioned. Room was comfy and screen door suitably sound proof. Service was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.

Our room AC was consistently turned down and left on after room service. I don’t use air con and when my partner had it on for a short time in the morning it would be turned to 24°, not 20° and always turned off when leaving

Dislike the rooms weren’t clean and had stains on carpet and curtains from previous guests, the staff weren’t the friendliest

Nice apartment in main street airlie beach! Loved the location and the fact inside the apartments you couldn't hear the external noise of the parties when it was time to wind down. Room was beautiful

Only downfall was the plumbing in the shower, must of had a partial blockage as the shower would fill up and you would have to turn the water off for it to slowly drain. Would have been very easy to accidentally flood the apartment. Even in saying that, I would stay here in a heart beat!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the tv was a good size. Very good location.

The thermostat in the room was set, it was quite hot during the night. The bathroom have louvres in wall and you could hear everything happening in the bathroom. The carpets were stained with paint/silicone and there was hair all over the curtains.

The location was great, so convenient! The rooms were updated and modern and really clean.

The pillows were too thick and uncomfortable for our neck. And the aircon turned off throughout the night, both nights we stayed.

Room was dirty lots of dust everywhere needs a good deep clean.

Moved our room when the TV didn’t work. Provided a complimentary sparkling wine for our inconvenience.

Carpets were not terribly clean. Not much seating for 2 people in room or on the balcony.

the location was incredible. Next to everything you could need and seconds away from the beach/lagoon. Rooms were very nice and supplied with everything you could need.

The rooms we stayed in was a little small, but for the price we paid no complaints at all. Everything else was amazing so made up for it.
