Good location close to the bars in town, room was clean and spacious. Toilets clean, showers have great pressure

Hostel is in a great location, room was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Beautifully landscaped. Good size room. There's a big grocery store just next door. The place is very quiet.

The queen bed is actually a double bed and is not comfortable.

Great location right in the middle of Airlie and fab to get free parking, even if this is a small walk away in the Woolworths carpark. Nice jungly feel to hostel. Good access to washing machines and drying facilities. Good sized kitchen, well stocked. Great to have air conditioning in huts.

Bag storage system is quite rigid, open for strictly 5 minutes every hour and doesn't open early enough in morning if you are going on a Whitsundays early morning cruise. Same issue with the kitchen; it is locked overnight which is good for security, but it doesn't open until 7.30am and we wanted to leave at 7am. We didn't realise until we went to retrieve our food from the fridges in the morning so we had to delay our departure which was quite frustrating.

The location was perfect and I loved the tropical vibe. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, sea, lagoon, activities.

Very tidy and clean, I stayed in a private room and had no problem with the noise. Would happily stay again!

It’s a great location

There were bed bugs, they moved us to a different room but we still got bit a lot.

The resort area is cosy and close to nature, but great location for town centre and supermarket.

The rooms were a bit cramped with suitcases. At night, the area was quite dark and it was difficult to move around e.g. between room and communal kitchen - the stairs and paths became a tripping hazard.

The bungalow was spacious and had all of the basics. Nothing fancy but nice. My unit was located far from any traffic so it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location, stayed in one for their cabins it was nice and spacious. Loved the trees and surrounding. Liked the community kitchen. Very close to woolies, chemists , shops etc.

Bathroom was really small, Towels smelt a bit funny.Went to reception to ask to fresh towels was told to go get the old wet towels before they gave new ones, had to go back all the way to the room and return.. very annoying.

The kitchen, bathroom and common areas are very clean, the location is very good and the bar is very entertaining.

The BEST hostel I stayed! Specially the kitchen, big and clean with efficient facilities, amazing experience!

The light in the room is a bit dim, and flash when the fan's on.

Would be suitable for big groups / backpacking as seemed like fun around the bar but not suitable for families or couples. Cheap accommodation.

Not very enjoyable. Beds itchy and not cleaned. Left over items from previous guests in the room. Hair in the bed sheets. Did not feel clean.Very loud also.We requested a double room and were given bunk-beds. Which was disappointing as we were a couple in our 30's and my partner is 6'4" and awkward to sleep.
